Have been in my home almost a year.Kitchen window and bedroom window are leaking when it rains.They've sent the roof guy, siding guy and the plumber.Plumber now says its the roof guys that didn't seal pvc pipes.Also rain comes in through back door everytime it rains.See if they come fix it before year is over?I appreciate home it's a blessing but leaks more than my old house.gu

This company forced me to write them a 5 star review. They cut corners in every house they built for the state of Florida by giving people smaller islands than were on the plans. They also keep people on the hook until their warranty expires. They opened a second company named Stonewater just to corner more HUD work and fake a female owned business. They made me drive from Miami to Fort Pierce to do close their old jobs and then fired me one I had worked myself out of a job. The bottom line is this Mormon owned company has zero morals and lies for the greater good as they are taught to.

We are a small business in Florida, hired by DSW to complete HVAC repair work. We regret doing the job because we can't get paid. It's been nearly 5 months since the work was completed and now they won't even return our calls! They deserve negative stars. BAD BUSINESS!!!

My gas and water lines have been broken for over a year. There is water in my gas line and dirt in my water line. We have several water filters before our appliances and they are filled with dirt. This problem has broken 3 small ice machines and a commercial ice machine. We lived last winter without heat, gas stove, dryer and water heater. It’s hard to get warm in 28 degree weather. I am 70 years old and confined to a wheel chair. I think my community needs to know about these companies that are “prominent” in Hitchcock. Picture is of one of the filters to an ice machine. Dsw built our home that was completed in October last year. We have had multiple problems with our home. The home was not level. They sent to men out to beat the middle of the home down in which caused multiple problems around the framing of the doors. They came to touch up paint and cracked the tile in the bathroom. We have a crack in the ceiling that they sent someone out to repair and the crack returned one week later. It has been 6 months and we still have multiple problems that need attention. Many of these repairs we have given up on having them fixed properly and will do them ourselves. We have been told so many times that someone was coming to take care of something and then never showed. I finally understand how this company can give houses away. They DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS!!! Please if you have a small or a start up company stay for away from them,you will have to sue them to get paid. They pay 1 dollar a square foot for paint and trim, and yes I agreed to it, but I couldn't even get my tiny check from them. For every family they help they hurt 10 others. Worst decision of my life working for them, the definition of a wolf in sheep's clothing. Most of the people they hire are from Mexico and can't even speak English. So they can treat them like slaves, but I have a college education and they can't do me that way. I never talk out of turn nor bash people without reason so I have paperwork to backup my claims. This comment is strictly pertaining to those individuals involved in building my home. DSW employees lack morality and have a loose relationship with the truth, they lie. The quality of work is poor and they have very little expectations of their subcontractors. They don't fix subsequent problems, instead they blame the customer. Any comments contrary to a positive one is met with push back from DSW and certain representatives from the City. Doing the right thing seems to be more trouble than not.

DSW did a new build for me and it is beautiful. I have been in my home about 6 weeks. I contacted Jose/Superintendent of the construction a few days ago with several minor issues and he sent some of his crew immediately to correct them. Jose and his crew are to be commended for not only their work, but being courteous and friendly. I am very pleased with Jose, his crew and DSW.

I am a sub for DSW, and have for a little over a year. You are not going to find any group of individuals that want nothing but perfection for their clients. Yes we all make mistakes, but DSW pride themselves on teaching and coaching us to "do better next time". Steven, Barry, and Curtis expect a lot out of us, for the end users, which are the home owners. I am not doing this for DSW, I am doing this in hopes I can help build your next home. I had my home built by DSW sponsored by Galveston Land office. I moved in 2 months later than scheduled. In a hurry to meet city guidelines, DSW put sand in my back yard in the end of a rainy December 2020. The damage to my property included uprooted trees and ruts soo deep that the water cannot drain. I have sitting stagnant water causing me morquito and breathing issues. The drainage from my gutters flows into an area blocked by the sidewalk and has nowhere to go. The cost to level my yard is about $2500. I make 9.50 an hr due to financial crises from the Harvey flood. As a partially disabled woman, I cannt do it myself.

They hire people that don't seem to know what they are doing! They have no idea what is going on because they don't check on the job and then the workers don't show up. They have no idea what is happening because there is no communication among them. They don't want to fix the mess ups and have actually caught them in lies!! They told me they would be in and out in 45 days and I have been out of my home for 10 months so far!!!!Service: Home building

This has been my 10th home purchase and by far the worst attention to detail from a builder. Of those 10 homes, some were remodels and others were built from the ground up. This builder, left the home unfinished while it sat on the market, the roof leaked the day after closing. I was assured that many things would be fixed. Yes, some have, however, others have not been addressed and I cannot seem to get anyone to answer the phone. I fully understand buyer be- where. That doesn't give them the right not to do the right thing. I will take care of this on my own and I will tell everyone I know about this company. Social media is a powerful tool. Especially when you are in this business. Please look for a different builder.

More than a year ago I went to work with that company in Florida for 4 months, they did not pay me or my co-workers a single dollar, they owe us more than 15 dollars each, they are so cruel and inhumane
