My Handy Craftsman installed French doors to my back patio. Mark contacted me within 30 minutes of requesting an estimate and came out to my house that same day on a Sunday afternoon. He was professional and kept the communication open throughout the process. I received 4 other bids and went with Mark because of he was reasonable and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my project. Two guys arrived promptly on the day of the install. They did a great job! I couldn’t be happier with my new doors. I will be contacting them again for all future projects.

I needed a quick and easy home help for mounting a large screen television on brick wall and repairing a porch light fixture.First let me say they responded quickly and the customer service was fantastic, personable and friendly.Next the service was quick.. He came out the next day and got the work done in just an hour or so.We searched 'small job handy man' to find them in google and we have other work we need done and we intend to use them again, to install some fans for us and to do a few other things.The price was right and the work was top notch. Hired My Handy Craftsman to do a bathroom tile job, after another contractor failed to be able to complete the job on a timely basis. Mark was quick to come to the house to generate a quote. Tile team of Roy and Vonnie were there the next day available to execute the work. Workmanship was great. All were timely, polite, and focused on customer satisfaction. Will use them again in the event of needing additional Handy Man work.

They did not install one of our shower heads correctly and ‘foamed’ it and left us with a horrible looking bulge on our shower wall. Additionally, they told us there were two lines under our sinks that were to overflows and we didn’t need them anymore, so they capped them and dry walled over; the problem is, our attic is now flooded because those were drains from our ac that they capped off. They flooded our downstairs closet and tried to fix it but I’m doing so, we now have electrical issues because the water sat in our light in the Ceiling. I’ve asked them to fix but Mark nor his contractors will return calls or texts. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! We have a plumber and another contractor coming out to fix the issues these people left us with. I have photos if anyone would like to see what they left us with.Update: after some time, Mark did respond and this company did reimburse me the cost of repairing the work via another contractor. I did update from 1 star to 3.

These guys did a great job installing a door for a walk-in attic and painting a room. The pricing was affordable, they were very flexible when scheduling the project, and the workmanship was top notch. This will be my go to contractor for small jobs around the house.

These guys were great and truly are craftsman. I had two separate handymen out and neither of them could figure out the crown moulding. But Brian knocked it out in a couple of hours. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Actually it’s 4 1/2 stars only because there is an area on the aluminum siding that is dented in a few spots. But other than that it was 5 starwork! Great attitudes and super friendly. They went above and beyond to rent the crimped for the aluminum siding trim around the door. I highly recommend Mark and Roy for the job! You will not be disappointed!
