Cameron and American Pride Roofing did a great job on our roof after recent hailstorm in the area. He provided a comprehensive estimate as well as real samples so we could choose color and style of shingles. He worked with our insurance company to ensure we got the best roof for the best price. The workers got it done in a day, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Highly recommend American Pride roofing, would definitely use them again in the future.

After a recent storm, and talking to several roofing contractors with very strong references from the neighborhood, found American Pride Roofing to be the most honest and reliable company to work with. Their upfront and unbiased pricing was definitely awakening to the scams that the roofing industry is plagued with. American Pride Roofing definitely exceeded my expectations in helping us after we were hit by massive hail storm. Tim did an excellent job in communicating with me and kept me informed throughout the process. He went the extra mile in making sure everything was completed correctly and in a timely manner. We recently had to have our roof replaced and decided to use American Pride Roofing again, since the 2 previous experiences were so positive. This 3rd time we got to work with Craig. He was awesome from the beginning, always professional, kind and very understanding. This time around we had a pool and I was extremely worried about it. Craig had his project manager at our place the entire time and he made sure to cover the pool and patio, along with all our pool equipmemt and AC units. He was meticulous about cleaning as they worked and our Pool cleaner was completely shocked that we even had our roof replaced. He said our pool was spotless and had never seen a roofing company take so much care around a pool. I highly recommend them!

2 Horrible hurricanes came through our area and caused a lot of damage. We had a few estimates to get a new roof but they never called back to do the job. I posted on fb needing help finding a reliable roofing company and a dear friend of mine responded with the company he used which was American Pride and recommended Mr Craig Sloan. We gave Mr Craig Sloan a call and he showed up ready to take care of our needs. He was very helpful and courteous as he discussed what we needed to get the job done. We called him and set up a date once our house was leveled and he was here with his crew the next couple days and got the job done.Update: 11/14/21We found a leak where they replaced some rotten wood under our carport a month later. We are still waiting for a call back. ☹️

Had some wind damage in May 2019. Tim Cary with American Pride came out and gave me a full estimate within a day or two. They walked me through the process and helped with the insurance claim. Only had to pay for a part of the roof to get it installed and American Pride said they would wait on insurance payment to me before they collected full payment. My insurance took over two month to get final payment to me, all the while American Pride helped me with bugging the insurance company to send the final check and waited the two months for payment. I had one small problem after the roof was installed, and Tim Cary was out the same day to take care of the issue. High marks for Tim and American Pride.

American Pride and Craig Sloan installed my new roof this January and I was extremely happy with the entire process. American Pride Roofing gave me a bid before the insurance claim was finalized, and they gave me a very fair bid for an upgraded shingle also. Planning ahead of the job was done well and because there was so much rain in the forecast they put a double crew on my house aimed for a rain-free day and knocked the entire tearoff and re-install in a single day, including fixing a furnace vent at the very end of the day. They even helped me get my insurance company all the documentation they needed to pay out the depreciation check to meet new Texas rules. I've always had to deal with missed nails in the driveway on previous jobs, but I've found virtually none this time also. It was a very good experience working with Craig and he took care of everything for me. Couldn't be happier with the whole process.Service: Roof installation

From beginning to end, the process was a breeze. Matt came to our house and gave us an estimate. He explained the process in detail and made sure I understood everything. He was always upfront and honest with everything and was not ‘pushy’ trying to convince me to go with this company to repair my roof. Matt actually encouraged me to finish my search with other roofing companies and to make the decision that was best for me. I went ahead and had another company give an estimate. Totally oposite of what I had experienced previously with APR. The guy was hesitant trying to set a date to come in to repair it, he couldn’t assure a final cost, and other things that was just not what I was looking for. That was just the final sign for me to stop wasting my time looking for a better company because American Pride Roofing IS the best! The day of the repair was also quick and they didn’t leave any trash in sight, just a beautiful roof! Honestly, exceeded our expectations. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a someone you can trust!

American Pride roofing blows these other roofing companies out of the competition and will beat any competitions quote hands down....and they actually give you a written quote on the spot. Most insurance companies wait to see how much $$$ the insurance company is going to pay and then they give you a quote. They are loyal, excellent customer service, always answer the phone or call you back if they can't answer, demand the best out of their employees, excellent product, respect your concerns and make sure you are satisfied, superb time management, have tons of integrity.....the list goes on. I would recommend using them for all and any future jobs. I have already recommended them to several of my neighbors! Larry Covey is the owner (or so he told me). This company has multiple business addresses, so this note applies to ALL of them.Lady Covey’s team came to where I live in Texas after Ike. We are in a mandated windstorm roof area. His sales representative assured me that he was fully aware of the windstorm requirements in our area, and he would provide the windstorm certificate, but the roof was NOT installed according to windstorm requirements, nor was I provided with a windstorm certificate!After multiple unanswered calls with voicemail being left each time, I hired an inspector myself. Well, to my dismay, the roof failed 17 out of 23 inspection points!!!Then, after several more unanswered calls with voicemails, I traveled to your office in Leander, TX - 5 HOURS!!! It was the day the American Pride Roofing salesmen were all assembled in Mr. Covey’s office planning to leave for Alabama to do roofing there after all the tornados had hit.I spoke with Mr. Covey personally!!! I told him that my insurance company refused to renew my policy until I had the windstorm certificate. He gave me a letter to give my insurance company, stating he would have a crew repair or replace my roof the following Wednesday. I still have the letter.The American Pride Roofing crew never showed up, and Mr. Covey never again answered any of my calls! I was left with no other choice but to hire an attorney, which I did. Me. Covey promised my attorney to repair/replace my roof, but again the promise was empty-no show, no call, no answer to my attorney’s calls, voicemails, or emails.Finally, we took American Pride Roofing to court, and guess what? No one from or for American Pride Roofing showed for the court appearance!!! So, I won my case and was granted a judgement against American Pride Roofing, but I still have a bad roof and no money or compensation from so I can have it replaced.If Mr. Covey (American Pride Roofing) was, or has changed, and is now a man of integrity, he would make this right by replacing my roof so that it will meet windstorm certification requirements and I can get affordable home insurance!

Started out with some bumps but most issues were resolved until the roofers punctured our AC line. Professional roofers will check all visible areas in your attic first. Our AC line was hit where the line was in plain site, and damage could have been avoided if they had done their due diligence. Make sure before you sign the dotted line you get a copy of their bonding and insurance and that you don't sign their waiver stating they aren't responsible. Tim, our contractor said, 'it never happens' and we trusted him and didn't think twice. They will not take responsibility. Larry, the owner never visited our site and became very rude and unprofessional when trying to resolve the issue. We hired them for additional work that has not been completed and Tim is no longer returning our calls. On a side note, they did not maintain a clean job site or pick up all the nails, and they trashed our front yard, which now has dead grass. Horrible experience and costly.Update: Finally got a response after multiple attempts, however, no resolution. Strongly advise consumer caution with this company. Also note, he has multiple addresses in Dallas and multiple complaints on the BBB.
