I was really nervous to contact a roofer after hearing so many horror stories from others. I contacted Authority after we had some major wind damage because my parents had used them and were very pleased. We worked with Jesus (Antonio) and he was amazing! He worked with our insurance company and made the whole process so much easier than I thought it would be. He sent them pics of the damage to our fence, window screens and garage door, and he contracted the work for the screen replacement as well as the door. We did the fence separately. He came out immediately when we called and put a tarp on the roof to keep out the weather while we waited on insurance information. All the work was done in a timely manner, and he was quick to respond any time we contacted him. We had one issue with the garage door after repair that we contacted him about and he sent our guy back out immediately and got it taken care of. I would call him again in a heartbeat. We ended up needing a full roof replacement and it looks incredible. I first came into contact with Chris Cox and Authority Roofing in May 2016 after our area had experienced hail damage and I had contacted five or more roofing companies to provide me an estimate. Out of all the companies that I contacted, Chris Cox from Authority as Project Manager and salesman was the most prepared and responsive when we met, and followed up quickly with an estimate and ensured that our assigned insurance adjuster did not miss an damaged property.I hired Chris and Authority to replace our roof in July 2016 and they did a great job. Unfortunately this April 2017 my area was hit again by hail - only this time baseball sized hail, which punched through our kitchen skylight and damaged my roof big-time! As soon as the hail broke through my skylight I texted Chris to see if he could come out the next day to tarp/cover my skylight as the weather report called for more thunderstorms that week. Chris, himself came out the next morning and tarped my broken skylight and secured it so I would not suffer any future rain damage. How's that for customer service?This time it was a no brainer who I would hire the second time to reroof my home - Chris Cox and Authority Roofing - who as a roofing company is a GAF and Corning Certified Installer (which is only about 3% of the roofing companies out there). They are a general contractor and can take care of screen replacement, painting, replacement gutters, powerwashing and restaining of wood fences, and replacement of HVAC units, etc. Chris can help you totally restore your damaged home to "better then new"! One can not ask more then that. Authority will work directly with your home insurance carrier and claims adjuster to ensure you are not shortchanged or taken advantage of. Also, for you veterans like myself if you go with GAF brand shingles they currently offer a $250 rebate. I have attached some pictures of my neighbor's yard signs but the picture could not capture all four yard signs who also chose to hire Authority Roofing and Chris Cox as their project manager. Hopefully I will not have to call Chris in April 2018 with another hail storm repair!

Authority Roofing took over from another supposedly "reputable roofing company" who left our roof in a mess!! Tat jumped in and took over as a pro. Tat worked with our insurance company and the shingle manufacture to put our roof back to a safe, beautiful finished product!! We have referred several people because Tat and Authority Roofing are top shelf and stand behind the product they deliver!!

I won’t use another roofer from here on out. Chris C. came out and gave me his honest opinion on the condition of a roof and gutters—he said it was all in good shape and didn’t need any work. Most roofers will just come out and tell you that you need a new roof without even getting on the roof to take a good look—not these guys. 5 stars.

I wish the system would allow me to rank higher than 5 stars for Authority Roofing - that is how great our experience was! We recently had our roof replaced by Authority Roofing and it was a first class experience from beginning to end. Authority Roofing was on point from the beginning. They made sure to give us an accurate estimate and they were there to meet with the insurance inspector. On the day of the service, they were on time and their team worked hard in the heat. They were extremely clean - making sure all items including nails were picked up during and after the process. They even contacted Direct TV for us to have them re-attach our satellite dish and they met them for us. WOW. And Authority Roofing followed up with us several times to ensure we were happy with the service. This experience was 100% better than the last time we had a roof replaced (with another company that we would never recommend!). And our insurance adjuster told us that working with Authority Roofing was the best experience THEY (the insurance adjuster) had ever had. A special thank you to our account manager, Monica Lucas, for treating us with first class service. This was the first time we have worked with Authority roofing and it is very easy for me to say that they exceeded all expectations. I was most pleased that they were timely, efficient, professional, respectful and excellent in all that they did. My project began after our neighbors yet Authority Roofing was done before my neighbors’ projects were completed. He made sure that we are well compensated. Authority Roofing put their customers first . Our roof was done in one day. The quality of the roof material is the best. Authority Roofing is a great company—we had two roofs replaced by them recently. Matt Saied, specifically, was the best project manager I have ever worked with! Project Manager Kenny also helped me a lot to understand about the Insurance Claim process. Matt was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. During the process, he took care of everything, constantly communicating any steps or updates. He went above and beyond to ensure quality work. Back in June of 2018, when I was needing to replace my roof after 15 years I made some research online and I found Authority Roofing as the highest rated company for roof replacement in the area. I made a phone call and they sent me Chris Cox as the project manager for my project. I would give Chris Cox 10 on this scale if Google would have let me do that. I have been in my house for last 15 years, this is the first time in the history that I meant somebody like Chris who is so highly dedicated, is not shy of going beyond the limits to do everything best for a customer like me. Chris has done awesome job and exceeded beyond my expectations. He took care of every single issue that we encountered during this project every big or small issue was addressed in time meticulously thoroughly buy the best expert people in the industry. I myself have obsessive compulsive disorder if I don't see something being done the right way it bothers me. Chris realized it and he gave me the best electrician the best painter the best concrete stainer and the best roof replacing crew. All of the projects were neatly scheduled, any issues that came out during the project work were taken care of by Chris without a hitch. Authority Roofing has done work for us twice now and they have provided exceptional work for us both times we worked with them. Everyone we have worked with has provided excellent customer service! We dealt with them in 2014 and now in 2017 due to hail storm damage both times. Last time we had damage to the roof and gutters. This time we had damage to our roof, fence, gutters and window screens. They have assisted us in getting all our items resolved thru them as quickly as possible! We did not have to go out and try to get a company for each item. They handled it all for us which was great!!!! The work product was professional and the items came out beautifully. I absolutely loved working with each of the folks assigned to complete the jobs from the sales department on down to the folks doing the labor. Each person we worked with was courteous, professional and skilled in their chosen professions. I am extremely happy I used them to resolve my storm damage!

Authority Roofing just replace my roof and associated damage from the June hail storms. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and the resultant work was high quality. I ended up with a much better roof than the one they replaced and it looks beautiful. Landon Moore was my project manager and he went above and beyond handling everything from scheduling the various subcontractors, resolving claims with my insurance company and even watching out for my little doggies to make sure they were safe during all the commotion. The project was delayed several times because of all the rains, and he personally patched my roof and checked up on it almost daily until it was dry enough for his workers to start. We interviewed with a few roofing companies but once we meet with Jesse from Authority Roofing we made our choice. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the process to get our roof replaced. We had MANY questions and he was very patient and answered everyone of them. Best home repair service I've ever experienced. My project manager, Trish Littlejohn handled EVERYTHING from beginning to end. I had extensive hail damage and Trish coordinated ALL repairs - roof, fence, windows, gutters, fascia board and painting. It was totally stress free. The workers were quick and extremely polite and neat. They left the yard looking like they had never been there. I'll use and recommend Authority Roofing always!
