They provided us with a number of services from roof repair & installation, gutter replacement & installation, venting installation and exterior painting. Angel, the owner, provided us with impeccable service from beginning to end. He was very attentive to what we wanted to achieve, our preferences, as well as, other cosmetic changes we were interested in having done. His team was very well prepared, on-time and completely professional at all times. From their initial preparation, during and upon completion, they were extremely attentive and cautious to ensuring our home and surrounding areas were protected, well maintained and cleaned up upon completion.Angel, who was always authentically friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, made the entire process seamless and was extremely thorough, with exceptional attention-to-detail and follow-through throughout the entire process. I am so glad we went with Angel and his team for repairing our roof, windows, lights, gutters & fence after the hail storm this past May. What was unique about Angel is how he went above and beyond for us. We had such a difficult time with our insurance company wanting to pay for items that were necessary and Angel worked with them, even got on a call with me and the 4th adjuster to help explain their error in the shortfall of what was owed to us. It took two months after our roof was completed before we finally settled with the insurance and Angel patiently waited until I contacted him that I had the final payment.As far as quality of the job, our roof looks great! Although the insurance refused to pay for more vents which was needed for our size of roof, Angel gave us a great deal on those. Hiring Best Contracting Services has been the best decision to give work to redo the roof of my house after the hailstorm of February 22 of this year. After having storm damage on 4/4/22 in Anna Texas the owner promptly returned my call and did a site inspection by the next day. He was helpful, courteous, thorough and actually took time during the inspection to stop and explain what all damage had happened during the storm. He was extremely knowledgeable on what needed to be done and it was very comforting to have such a professional to help with this overwhelming task. He even helped with initial cleanup and made sure temporary patches were in place while going through the storm damage process. Came out a day after Christmas to help patch up some old nails to prevent future leaks. Very honest about the state of the roof, friendly when explaining the issues, and timely and professional when completing the work. They take progress pictures as they go so you can see everything that was done after. Great job!

After a heavy rain we heard what we thought were water drops hitting our ceiling. I called Best Contracting Service at 8am this morning and Angel came by around 9:30. Turns out that we did not have a leak but had water drops hitting the elbow in an exhaust pipe. Angel also found some damage shingles that I was not aware of. He capped the exhaust pipe and replaced all the broken shingles. All work was performed by 2:30 the same day and at a reasonable cost. Angel is great to work with and we will use him again if needed.

Angel and crew did an outstanding job fixing/painting the exterior of my house and installing gutters. Had a lot of dry rot and soffits falling apart. They were prompt, came the days they promised, let us know way ahead of time when there was a delay (and pleasantly only a short one), and very attentive to detail. I wish I took "before" pictures to show how much they patched everything up to looking like new. The crew cleaned up the site when they were done. I was one of the unlucky ones to get hit with the hail storm a few months ago. I was given Angel’s contact info, called him and he was out the next day. He was so nice, walked me through everything, showed me the pictures so that I could better understand what all damage had occurred. He is very respectful, trustworthy, and professional. I know a few people that have had work done by the Angel and they were always very satisfied. So I called him up when I was in the middle of building a cover outside of my house. I needed a roof done and had no clue what to do. Not only did he agree to help finish the job but did it himself! He even noticed there were a few loose shingles on my house and repaired that as well and for a great price! He was extremely easy to work with and was fast and clean! Angel was very prompt and professional in responding to our call for help with a ceiling waterstain. He inspected our roof, and explained that the roof itself was in very good shape . The waterstain was caused by torrential rain being driven through the roof turbines by the extreme heavy winds .He spent 25-30 minutes at our residence for no charge (including sealing some nail holes around the turbines).
