Our home was hit by a hail storm on May 19 this year. Tim, the owner of Branded Roofing and Construction, hired a professional inspector to make sure we can get the most RC benefits out of our insurance claim. To see is to believe. Right now, not only we had a nicest roof, but also a new AC unit. We deeply appreciated what Tim and his crew have done an excellent job for us. Definitely we’d recommend Tim to anyone who needs his help.

Tim is absolutely fantastic and the only contractor I will use from here on out! I'm not quick to trust as there are many shady contractors out there but he has definitely earned my trust! He came out the very next morning and got tarp put up on the roof to to prevent any leaks. I was devastated when my home, that I've owned for less than a year, was destroyed by hail but he did an excellent job at putting my mind at ease and making me feel much better about the entire situation. He was there for me throughout the entire process, answered my many phone calls, texts, and questions, even if it was 10 o'clock at night! Unfortunately, I had a very difficult adjuster but Tim worked diligently, going back and forth with him for days to get everything added to the insurance claim and showed up the day of the inspection to make sure they didn't miss anything. Even when they ran into issues with my decking after removing the old shingles, and the adjuster refused to add the necessary replacements to the claim, he took care of it and did not charge us more money! He did not ask for money up front before the job was started, did not cheap out on a single material, and went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the nicest roof in the neighborhood! When the job was finished, no mess or nails were left behind. He's friendly, honest, hard working and really knows what he's doing. We had estimates from about 5 different companies and we did not get the professionalism and understand like we did when Branded came to quote our job. They took time and understood everything we needed. Extremely happy with the work. Theyre crew was extremely professional, placed tarps all around the house and went over theyre clean up about 5xs. I am so impressed with this company. From the initial inspection to the job currently in progress, I continue to be amazed at the professionalism and handling of each project. Ryan Nelinger, my project manager, is the best. Great communication from the very start. If I send a text, he is quick to reply. Any question or concern is addressed immediately. I don’t often use the word Awesome to describe difficult things. Evan Hamilton did a great job of coordinating this project after the devastating storm that we had last fall. He committed to the work, arrived to be sure it was done, and confirmed with me that it was all to my satisfaction. Kai and the rest of the painting team did a fabulous job as did the roofing team. My mothers roof was badly damaged in a hail storm. She is elderly and I was terrified someone would take advantage of her. HOWEVER This company did a Fantastic job! I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They got started right away. They were honest, fair, hard working, and they know their business. They took great care with the property and didn't leave a mess behind. The owner is a very caring and compassionate person, that matters to me as much as the work they do! It’s never a pleasant experience having to replace a roof. That being said the Branded roofing company made the entire process as seamless as possible. The day after the freak hail storm that hit North Fort Worth at the end of March, we called Tim and he was at our house an hour later! Instead of promising us the world in return for our business, Tim laid out his process and explained the materials he uses standard compared to what are upgrades with other roofers. After listening to several pitches that day it was the easiest decision to let him replace our roof and gutters. Throughout the whole process the communication stream was seamless...quick responses to any questions and info I needed. He met the insurance adjuster at my house and was glued to his side to make sure everything was pointed out. On installation day, his crew arrived exactly when he said they would and they got to work! Tim's project manager Bobby was awesome to deal with and was constantly doing cleanup of nails and debris. That evening almost every neighbor that walked by stopped to comment on our new roof and admire the color!! I couldn't be happier with our decision and the work that was done. Several of my neighbors went with Tim as well, and now we have the best looking houses on the block!! If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would without hesitation.
