Brotherhood Roofing just finished changing a roof for me, and it was the third property on which I have used them to replace the roof. Sebastian's response time, respectful attitude and quality are the best! I wish all the people I did business with were like him.I moved out of state last year, and am not traveling to Dallas due to COVID-19. Sebastian sent me plenty of pictures before, during and after the new roof was installed. He also worked with the insurance company for a quick claim turn around and a good settlement.I believe Brotherhood Roofing offers the best roofing value in Dallas.

I can’t say enough about Anthony Bigby from Brotherhood Roffing Company In Frisco. He looked at my roof and realized how old and outdated it was and advised me to file a claim with my insurance and sure enough he got me a brand new roof and am so greatful and happy with the result form his responds when I try to reach out to him, his professionalism and how caring he is toward his customer needs Everything was smooth transaction and the job was done in timely manner so thank you for doing an awesome job. Sebastian and his team did a great job for replacing my roof. His team was timely, polite and went above and beyond to complete my 10 pitch roof. I hired Brotherhood roofing to replace the roof and gutters for a duplex I own in Forth Worth. All I can say is wow! Sebastian was beyond helpful during the entire process!! His communication was top notch and he regularly called, text or emailed me updates from start to finish. He and his team went above and beyond helping me with some unexpected dry rot that was found. Since I am an out of state investor I couldn't be on site during the job so Sebastian text me pictures and video throughout the day so I was fully in the loop and every step of the way. He got the roof and gutters done in one day and did a great job cleaning up afterward. He went back the next day and took more pictures and video just to show me the final final project. On top of all of this they were really competitive on the price even with using top grade materials. I would HIGHLY recommend you call Brotherhood roofing for any of your roofing needs! Over the years, I've used several roofing companies. Not one can compare to Brotherhood Roofing! Sebastian was the most professional and thorough in almost any business service company that I've used before. He is very good at explaining the process and educating the consumer. Brotherhood Roofing did a fantastic job installing our new roof and overseeing new gutter install last July. There were no surprises and the quality of craftsmanship was very impressive.A few weeks ago a part of our new gutters were over flowing and not draining. I called Sebastian to get his thoughts and he sent Juan and a team member over to check it out.My gutter was clogged with leaves. Not only did they clean the cutter out but they also trimmed my tree limbs away from the gutter! No charge!Sebastian and Juan‘s customer service is beyond expectations! I want to shout out loud and say if you have Roofing or Gutter problem the Brotherhood roofing is the one you should hire. We had a big Hail storm and contacted several roofing companies and was not comfortable with any of them, until we contacted Brotherhood Roofing. From the first contact on the phone Sebastian the owner was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable about roofing and insurance process. After inspection he discovered someissues that we were not aware of and took over the speaking with the insurance adjuster and not only saved us another 20% but also did an outstanding job on replacing our roof and gutters. Our roof has never looked so good before. Everything happened the way he had explained to us beforeand the work started on schedule and the crew were organized, quick, professionals, clean and all we know after they were done we had almost a new looking house. I can not say enough good things about Brotherhood Roofing. Sebastian and his team were absolutely amazing. They were so Incredibly fast and efficient in every way! From the estimate to getting the job done, Sebastian was always quick to respond and help in any way possible. His team of roofers finished the job in one day, in lightning time! After encountering issues trying to work with two other roofing companies, Brotherhood Roofing was a breath of fresh air. The work was assessed, scheduled, and completed very quickly. I am quite happy with the result, and the estimate matched the final price (except for QuickBooks credit card processing fee, which was fine). Brotherhood replaced my roof after a hailstorm several years ago and did so quickly and with a super crew. What impressed me most was that they did not do as other roofers in my neighborhood did, they fully staffed the crew and finished the job quickly as planned.consequently, dissatisfied neighbors were calling me to find out our roofer. Later, I had a couple of shingles blown off in a windstorm and Sebastian had his crew out immediately to repair things at no cost to me. We had a roof leak and upon making contact with the company we were able to get immediate responses and quick turnaround. They scheduled for their repairs the next day, roofer come out and found the underlying issue of the leak (cracked vent installed per builder under the shingles) and they made repairs immediately. Perfect timing as the weather forecasted a weeks long storm that would have caused further damage to our home. The owner, kindly followed up with us a few days later to make sure there were no further issues and if not resolved they would send someone right away. EffortlessThey get 5 stars for now. If the new roof turns into a pumpkin next time it rains, then we’ll update.Sebastian offered the best value by far with zero haggle or negotiation needed. Offer included best price and best materials (name brand/superior class of shingles).The contract was clear, concise, and left me without any questions.The crew arrived on the correct day and, precisely, on time. The job took 5 hours start to finish including a long clean up. (I think the guy pushing the magnet around, to get all the nails, was burning a bit of time, but I bet there’s no nails in my yard.)Each and every product offered was on site and was installed (personally observed).The foreman of the crew, Juan, was awesome. He knew, and articulated on, every aspect of the product and installation. There was not 1 question I asked that he failed to answer to my satisfaction.End of story: I believe that putting your trust in Sebastian and Juan will serve you well.

I had 3 leaks in my roof during the last heavy rain storm. I called Brotherhood Roofing and they sent a team of people out to my home within 30 minutes of the rain stopping.They fixed the leaks within a few hours. Amazing service with compassion and urgency is what I have experienced with this company over the last 6-7 years. They replaced our roof in 2016 and worked seamlessly with our insurance company to make sure it was taken care of. We contacted them about a leak around the chimney and they repaired same day a couple years later..Yesterday, I called them in a panic because one of the exhaust caps blew off in the high winds and left a hole in the roof. I knew there was rain in the forecast this week, so I called them, desperate to get someone to come by and fix it. Well, they delivered. They came and installed a new cap next day just before the rain came through. They sent photos and an invoice to wrap things up. Even though things are really busy right now, since a lot of roofers have gone out of business due to Covid, Sebastian Nosrati found time to fit our house in. During the last heavy rainfall at our house, water leaked into one of our rooms. Sebastian promptly arrived when he said he would, after calling ahead first. He was masked up for Covid. I showed him the room where the leak had occurred and he put up a ladder and checked out the roof. He discovered there was a vent seal that had broken due to the "cold" rain causing the sealing caulk to shrink. He re-caulked the seal to prevent future leaking and gave me advice about having the roof checked out every two or three years to see if any vent seals have problems and need to be refreshed.Sebastian is one of the nicest guys I've met in quite a while. He was "very" professional and personable. I liked him a lot. He gave me a card and told me to give him a call, if there is any leaking in the next heavy rainfall.Service: Roof repair
