We have had great experience with Clear Vision Construction. Entire roof was replaced in one day (start to finish), trash hauled away and magnets run to catch loose nails. The materials used were of high quality. Great care was taken to cover the pool and windows/doors from damages from falling shingles etc. Tim Crain and Curt Smith took great care in following up to ensure no items were overlooked. Highly recommend Clear Vision for roof repair and general contracting (stains, gutters, etc).

Very fast, quality service! We had hail damage from a storm last year. CVC was able install a new roof in a day. They also replaced our gutters, screens, and a new fence shortly thereafter. Clear Vision Construction and their crews did exceptional work on my home. There was an unexpected gas leak explosion in Plano two doors down from my house. My home sustained almost $200K in damages. The team at CVC made a stressful and major repair project more bearable.TC Crain and Curt Smith did what they said they were going to do. My home incurred severe drywall, roof, framing, gutter, fence, windows and brick wall damage. CVC took a nightmare situation and relieved my stress. I could not be more pleased with the results. Hail damage to a home is no fun to deal with especially it being my first time having to deal with this. Clear Vision was highly spoken of and I decided to reach out. From the beginning Curt was very professional and helped me through the entire process. He even helped deal with my homeowners insurance and what was needed for my home. I VERY Rarely bother to give reviews on companies but Clear Vision Roofing and Construction just blew me away!I am normally rather suspicious of companies and sure I will be disappointed one way or another.Clear Vision Construction far exceeded hopes for a job well done!!They were even willing to travel to San Antonio to do unexpected repairs and install an entire new roof. I can’t say thank you enough….Christin Fahrendorf came out immediately, saw I was in trouble and got things moving! My neighbors metal roof was peeled off in a storm and hit my house multiple places. My roof had major holes, and my chimney was hit hard and landed in my living room. More storms were on the way…, rather than tarping they wasted no time and got me roofed. I was out of town last Feb during the hailstorm. Tanner Smith called me in California and said there had been a hailstorm and he was in the neighborhood, so he checked out my house for me. This past November, I saw him, and he suggested that they take another look because insurance only holds up for 1 year after a storm. I was good both times. My house is now up for sale and the buyer wanted an inspection. Even though they were slammed with work in another city, they made the time and effort to come over and do an up to date and professionally presented inspection of the roof. KNOWiNG that it was in good condition and wouldn't need replacing. THAT is not only professional, but also neighborly. I've seen their work and the cleanup they do, just wonderful and such a great crew of people working with them. HIGHLY recommend. Their dad lives in Frisco Lakes so they treat all of us like family. Our home was hit by hail and needed the roof and gutters to be replaced. We were fortunate enough to work with Clear Vision and Tanner to help make the process as easy as possible for a first time home owner. They did a great job of talking through our insurance policy and worked directly with the insurance company to get additional supplemental damage that was not originally quoted. This helped us understand the process of how it worked. They helped coordinate the roof replacement and completed it in a timely manner. We even got our roof upgraded to class 4 shingles they recommended to help save on our insurance. They even cleaned up all the old roof and made sure everything was put back where it was. Tim, Curt and the rest of the team at Clear Vision are truly top notch! We had a leak in our dining area that needed attention. Prior to contacting them, we had two different roofers tell us the leak was due to hail damage and that we would need a brand new roof. We were skeptical and weren’t sure what to do.Thankfully, a family friend referred us to Clear Vision and I’m so glad they did. Right off the bat, I could tell Tim was different (in a good way). He put us on his schedule immediately, he and Curt arrived exactly on time, and they did a thorough inspection of our roof damage. They discovered a large hole that had nothing to do with hail (turned out to be builder error) and reassured me they would take care of it. Within a day or two, Tim had one of his guys out to temporarily patch the hole because we were expecting heavy rain in the days ahead and he didn’t want to risk additional interior damage. A few days later, he came back to finish the job and made the roof look brand new. We are also working with them to repair the interior damage. They really do it all!From start to finish, Tim and his team have made this a seamless process. They show up when they say they are going to, complete the work in a timely manner, and stay in constant contact every step of the way. Tim even sends me calendar invites for every appointment — I’ve never worked with a contractor who does that. It’s refreshing! They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend them enough. We are customers for life!!!
