Following a hail storm, we found ourselves needing a new roof. There were tons of signs in just about every yard in our neighborhood so trying to find someone we could trust was going to be difficult. We set out to do our research. After narrowing the sea of choices we met Ken with Elevated Roofing. He set up a meeting with us, answered all our questions and helped us choose the right material for our roof. His crew worked fast, they cleaned up after themselves and did a phenomenal job. They were even able to locate and fix a leak close to our chimney that we had been dealing with for over a decade! We will definitely call him again if we ever need anything else done to our roof. When I needed my roof replaced, John David was quick to respond and very thorough in his evaluation. I can't say enough good things about Mike Witte and his team at Elevated Roofing. I contacted him about my long-standing concerns of leaking vent stacks on each side of my steep roof; and also possible hail damage. That afternoon Mike personally inspected my roof. I was very happy to learn he found no hail damage. Mike also sent his team over the next day to inspect the two leaking vent stacks, took photos of the damage, and gave me their findings. The repairs were completed that same afternoon! Five-stars to Mike, and his professional team at Elevated Roofing. He resolved my concerns in less than three days! Of course I would recommend Mike Witte at Elevated Roofing because of his integrity and his personal, hands-on approach. I recommend him to anyone who needs an honest, reliable and professional roofing company. And, what a relief! My relief was validated and verified two days later when we experienced a heavy rainstorm in the area lasting 2 days. No leaks!Mike did all this work at no charge.

Elevated Roofing is top notch. They're reliable, professional, do quality work, and complete the work very timely. All the 5 star reviews drove me to try them and we have absolutely no regrets! They have now done 2 roofing jobs for us in the last 2 months and both get 5 stars. Mike Witte was the project lead on both projects and he handled all aspects of the project including working with the insurance company to get payment. Definitely recommend these guys!

I contact Elevated and received a prompt response. i inquired about getting an UL roof inspection and by the next morning Josh L had completed and forwarded the inspection information. I will definitely call on Elevated and Josh for any future needs.UPDATE (7/28): The Elevated team did excellent work as promised from the initial meeting until all the details were finished regarding my full roof replacement. All work was as stated, AND Josh continued to fulfill his customer service promise! His help in resolving some conflicts with our insurance company was above and beyond. If you want quality work, with great customer service, and excellent delivery and communication choose Elevated Roofing. I was blown away through the whole process and felt like a valued person. M Witte of ER arrived on time to promptly inspect my roof leak. He determined that the issue was a clogged gutter. He cleaned it and another one out without charge. He was neat, clean and super courteous. I offered to compensate him, however I did not need to. I highly, highly recommend him and his company. Got a text tonight from my husband, who was at his parents' home, to bring buckets - it was raining, and my in laws had a roof leaking through their ceiling.He also called John Lutrell over at Elevated Roofing - who had done a fantastic job on a large hail claim for our house about a year ago - and John took the time to personally come over on a Saturday evening and help my in laws out...even getting up on the roof, in the rain, putting in a temporary fix to stop to the leak (until the weather is better for a permanent fix).This isn't just one time John or Elevated Roofing has shown this level of service - it's consistently at this high level, same as it was during our roof replacement with the hail claim.We cannot recommend John and the team at Elevated Roofing enough! You simply will not find a better roofing contractor in the DFW area.

After a storm in 2022 I needed a new roof and called Elevate Roof after word of mouth good reviews. I worked with J.D. Witt. He guided me in choosing roof color and good shingles. He dealt with my insurance all the way and kept working with them until they paid every penny needed to fix everything that was damaged in the storm. It was not an easy task because they wanted to hold on to every penny. I really appreciated everything he did making the process easy for me. I will a call him the next time a bad storm rolls in and repairs/new roof is needed.

I would highly recommend Elevated Roofing. JD at Elevated Roofing not only helped me through a bad experience with another roofing contractor years ago but he also bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of when I needed a new roof. Without a doubt, the best experience with any company within the building industry that I have ever had and I work in the building industry! Specifically John Luttrell - he walked us through the entire process and gave my wife and I the amount of attention you’d expect if we were his only client! We love the look of our new charcoal colored roof. Ken came out early that morning and made sure my garden was properly protected. They even sent out their painter to add trim to my chimney.
