I called for a roof inspection as I was afraid my roof has sustained damage during ice storm and hail storm. Nate came over the same day, climbed all over my roof, gave me a very detailed explanation of the condition of my roof and actually recommended I wait for a new roof as there was not enough damage for insurance to cover it and it was safe and not leaking. We have been trying to collect payment from this company for several weeks. They ordered parts for a customer and asked me to send them out ASAP so they could get the job finished, now they wont pay. They do not answer and cannot leave a message. Not Professional, Very bad business practice.
