I must give a huge shout out to Founders Roofing & Construction. Our safe house in Richardson Texas, heard we had a broken window in the shelter and needed help. Within minutes of the post going up Zack the owner called and said he would take care of it. Without hesitation his crew came out the very next day and the women now feel a lot more comfortable with that out the way. Zack never ask the size he just took care of it and wanted us to know his company does a lot more than windows. He’s a roofer and I would highly recommend him. It truly is hard to find reliable companies that would come out in all that rain and help our shelter. Please reach out to his company in you need any home repairs. I recently had to have my entire roof and all of my gutters replaced due to storm damage and years of wear and tear in the Texas weather. John Fichera ("JT") and everyone at Founders Roofing made the entire experience a breeze! JT helped me through the entire process, from filing the insurance claim, scheduling adjuster meetings, understanding estimates & repairs- everything! Other than me filing the initial claim with my insurance company (after JT explained to me exactly how to do that), JT and the Founders team basically took care of everything. They were always available if I had questions and were great with providing me updates and letting me know what to expect every step of the way. I would highly recommend Founders Roofing!

We have chosen FR&C LLC as our contractor to handle repairs on our house caused by hail damage We met with three contractors. Zach (the owner of FR&C LLC) inspected our property, gave us detailed summary of damages, list of items that should be repaired and reasons why. He told us he would work with our insurance company to make sure all necessary work was completed. Because of his knowledge and his carrying attitude we decided to have him represent us. We are extremely happy with our decision. Anyone who has ever worked with insurance company in the past, knows how difficult that process can be. Zach made it so much easier for us. He was present when insurance adjusters were here, took pictures and videos to support claims.The work was done quickly and professionally. Zack was present during repairs. Property was cleaned and all of the debris removed when repairs were completed.We are very satisfied with their services and highly recommend FR&C LLC.

Zach is awesome! We woke up to a dripping sound in the laundry room dryer vent and contacted many roof repair companies. None were available for many days, and were estimating outrageous prices. I knew it was not a big expensive job, so I kept looking for someone who knows what they’re doing, and aren’t going to try to rip us off. I found Zack at Founders Roofing & Construction and he was out to inspect and repair the issue within the hour on a Saturday! Zach has gone above and beyond when it came to completing our roof replacement. He took great care to ensure our concerns were addressed. He also took great care with how the work was completed and after the completion of the work, the level of detail, he paid to the cleanup of that project was amazing. I have not seen that level of attention in customer service in a very long time. It is welcomed and refreshing. We had water leakage around exhaust pipe during heavy rain in Dallas area. I contacted Zack through Thumbstack. Just looking at pictures of leakage, Zack was able to guess the cause of leakage and he was spot on. He quickly fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Zack for any roofing need.

I highly recommend Founders for your roofing needs.. While driving by my rental house Zach had noticed some shingles had come loose and needed replaced. I asked him and 2 other "highly rated" companies to inspect my roof and give me quotes. One of those companies came back with a quote for over $5,200 for replacing non-working electric roof fans and other repairs they said needed done. I asked Zach to give me a quote for those items as well if they needed done. He went back to the house and took video to show me that the fans indeed worked properly and all of that extra work did not need done. Zach was helpful, professional and most importantly HONEST. We had the best experience with this company and are thrilled to have found them. The owner and another roofer of his company performed a thorough investigation of our entire roof as we wanted a second opinion about its condition. Another professional had told us that we needed to repair our roof due to a flashing issue, with rust and even a hole present. Founders Roofing’s owner, Zach, inspected the area of concern and discovered that there was not in fact a rusted out hole in our roof, but an open acorn shell stuck in a groove which he proceeded to show me. He was not only more thorough in his investigation, he was honest in informing me that he would not to charge us to fix our roof, as the problem was nonexistent! Not only was I impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of roofing matters, and detailed, careful inspection, I’m equally impressed by his honesty. The owner personally was on site during most of the day while the installers were working. He described exactly what was being done, why they do what they do, and why they don't take short cuts, or use inferior products. Great and easy experience. Zach communicated well with us through the process and was always onsite making sure the job was done right. Founder's replaced our 3 tab builder shingle with an excellent Malarkey Architecture shingle, replaced our gutters, stained our privacy fence and repaired some windows and replaced damaged screens. Very honest and transparent company to work with and they were able to email invoices with a link to issues electronic payment.
