I can’t say enough about Freedom Restoration! Issac and his team updated my flooring throughout entire house. They replaced floors with a beautiful wood look ceramic floor. They worked long hours and their craftsmanship is superb! Always updating me and working with insurance company, as well! The floors are beautiful. We hired Isaac and his team to restore and polish the stained concrete floors, install new base boards, and install and seal the wood frame around the garage on a house we were selling. They did an awesome job and were very accommodating when given a very short time frame to have the job completed. This company was so efficient and thoughtful through every aspect of this job. It took less than a week to set everything up and get it totally completed. We had a chance encounter with Isaac at Freedom Restoration when he was driving down our alley on the way to a job at one of my neighbor’s homes. He noticed we were missing a row of shingles along a ridgeline at the back of the home. As he was stopped looking at it my wife happened to be leaving and Isaac indicated that he saw the issue, that another storm was projected to come through that night and would she mind if he went up and put a tarp on it for us.He didn’t ask for our business and he didn’t ask for payment for his effort or his material. When my wife gave me his card I was skeptical, and waited a few weeks before giving him a call. We had already processed a hail damage claim with our insurance and received a small settlement for the minor repairs they indicated were needed. I hadn’t hired anyone yet, so I asked Isaac to come give me a quote. He felt we needed a full replacement and proceeded to advocate for us with our insurance company to get it approved.He did all the work. He communicated with my homeowner’s insurance and submitted all the things they required to prove the roof was in worth shape than their initial assessment had indicated. I literally did no additional work on this project, and the next thing I know I’m getting a check cut from the insurance to cover a full roof replacement (less my deductible).Isaac also handled all the communication with the HOA to confirm the shingle color we picked out was approved, handled all the permitting with the city, and when he showed up with his crew the knocked out the full replacement in less than a day. Isaac upgraded the quality of materials used in my replacement within what the insurance company was willing to cover at no additional cost to me. His crew was professional and polite. Outside of the clearly new shingles on my house, they left no trace of ever being there. No trash or debris to be found anywhere, and in the weeks that have followed that job I have yet to discover a single roofing nail anywhere in my yard.Isaac followed up with me twice in the week that followed to make sure I had no additional concerns. From reading other reviews about Freedom Restoration it seems that my experience with Isaac tends to be the rule and not the exception.I am currently working with Isaac to have him quote several other projects for me. I may just be a regular customer for Freedom Restoration, but you’ll have a hard time convincing me that Isaac could treat me any better if I was actually family!

I had a appointment with Issac on May 16 20 and He was polite and he was really nice he sounded like he was interested in doing the work on my mom's house . It eded well he said he would get back within 48 hours well that has went and gone . I texted and he said he was working on it. Well its almost a week it has never happened , I am not trying toSpeak bad about the company but if your not interested in doing the work tell the potential client so they can move on. Thank youUPDATE.....Isaac the Owner called me today 5/26/20 and personally apologize for the miscommunication, it was an email glitch . I am so glade it was just that because I really like Issac he very professional and Knowledgeable and just a really nice Guy. THANKS AGAIN ISSAC FOR REACHING OUT TO ME!!!

From start to finish, Freedom Restoration informed me every step. Fast response and quick to help me. I got solar panels for my house and the solar conpany said they wouldn't install since the roof was hail damaged, I called Freedom Restoration and they came out the next day and within a week, my solar system was up and running.
