Nate Freeman and his talented crew exceeded our expectations on the build of our new patio cover. We have a very complex patio, roof and pool layout and received numerous quotes and advice on how we should build our patio cover. Before giving us a bid, Nate and his knowledgeable crew leader consulted with us and offered a detailed design and engineering perspective that boosted our confidence to choose Freeman Roofing and Construction. Although they weren’t the cheapest bid, I was confident they were the most professional and would deliver on their promise- needless to say, they exceeded our expectations and built a patio cover even better than we could have imagined. From start to finish, Nate and his team were courteous, extremely clean, and highly communicative with us. Most of all, we appreciated the attention to detail, as they treated our home and satisfaction as if it were their own. I can’t say enough to recommend this company of talented and skilled craftsman and it’s top notch leader, Nate Freeman.

Nate and his team were great to work with on a roof repair. The work was exceptional but what struck us about the experience was their customer advocacy. We were dealing with a particularly difficult insurance adjuster and the experience was complicated by an inexperienced 3rd party inspector. Nate Freeman roofing went above and beyond making multiple trips to the home and joining several frustrating and unnecessary conference calls with the insurance provider. In the end, our claim was approved, a new roof was installed, and Nate Freeman construction has yet another highly referenceable client that will call on them again if needed and recommend them to anyone who asks.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair

I was lucky enough to find Nate a handful of years ago when I chose him to replace our roof, gutters and do other repairs after a major hail storm. I had only replaced one roof prior to that and let's just say that I had had a less than enjoyable experience with the roofer I chose.Nate, however, is a master of customer service as he listens to the owner's concerns, pays great attention to detail and quality, and personally oversees each phase of any project. If I found something was not quite up to par (for my standards anyway), Nate made it right as he approaches each project just like he would if the crew were working on his own home.This spring, he and his crew just completed a major restoration project inside our home. The results were in line the with quality and timeliness that we had come to expect and we are very pleased with the result. He also took the burden of working with the insurance company off of me to ensure that our home was put back together as it had been before the damage.If good customer service, respect and an eye for quality are high on your list for selecting contractors - I highly recommend that you give Nate a call!

Freeman Roofing & Construction is a Contractor with a heart that cares.We recently had a hail storm, and Nate came out to meet our Insurance Adjuster to go over the damages and explain what needs repaired. Nate worked with the Insurance Adjuster and went above and beyond by continually communicating with our Insurance Adjuster about repairs. Not only was roof repaired, but Nate noticed that the chimney had some wood root that could have caused a leak, and he immediately came out to wrap the chimney to protect the potential leak. Now we have an improved higher quality chimney and roof. We also decided to have a new fence installed which turned out beautiful.

Freeman Roofing replaced the roof on my home and I couldn't be happier. He worked together with my insurance company to ensure everything that needed repair was included in my claim. Nate went above and beyond and not only replaced the roof with a higher quality shingle, but also replaced the decking for the roof and the rain gutters! I am beyond pleased with the work that Nate and his top-notch crew did on my roof! The owner personally came to oversee the work that was performed on my home. The crew was polite, efficient, honest, and clean! I was also very pleased that he was able to fit my roof replacement in within 24 hours of coming to check the roof damage- with Texas weather being so unpredictable, I didn’t want the damaged roof to have to sustain another storm. Freeman Roofing and Construction has been working for my roof replacements and other storm damages restoration for years. I cannot be more happy and satisfied with any job done for my house restoration. They have been doing very clean work and best quality work for me for years. We are so very happy with our roofing experience. Nate was onsite throughout the 2 days and supervised his respectful crew at every turn from beginning to the time all was finished. He was also certain to be at our home with our insurance man and walked the roof w him making his own notes and was able to show our adjuster the things that were missed in his (adjuster) inspection. Nate also pointed out our roof had not been done properly the last couple of times. The “big name” roofers had just laid more shingles on top off what was there! He took care of all of that & when our insurance company (USAA) came back to inspect they even commented on how nicely everything was done. This is our 4th roofing experience and Nate has far exceeded our expectations. We will never consider anyone else but Freeman Roofing & Construction in the future. Beyond his work ethic, he’s just an all round nice guy.
