I can highly recommend HPR who we used to paint the exterior of our house. The guys did an outstanding job, they arrived when they said they would, were respectful of my property and landscaping and did a great clean up at the end. They paid attention to detail painting items I wouldn’t have considered such as the pipework on the gas meter. George who oversaw the job was very detailed in his explanation of what the job would entail and was great at communicating. He was also on site regularly to check on how the job was progressing. Our roof was replaced by High Performance Roofing in 2022. We bought the house in 2023 and the 5 year warranty was transferable to us as the new home owners! This morning during the heavy rain I heard water, went into the laundry room, and found water heavily dripping onto my washer and dryer out of the ceiling and a very large water stain in the ceiling sheet rock. I called them at 12:25pm to try to get a warranty repair and the person on the phone said they would alert the owner and I would hear from someone "shortly".I expected it to be awhile to hear back and for it to probably be next week before anyone came to check the roof since it's a Saturday. I also fully expected to have to be pushy to get them to honor the warranty since we were new owners. But they blew my expectations out of the water!I heard from Mack 20 minutes later and by by 2:15 I had two workers at my house ready to go. They got in the attic, checked it all out and were on the roofing fixing the leak in no time. It's 3:30pm now and they are already finished with the work and gone! On top of that I have already been assured by Mack that after we confirm all leaking has stopped after it rains again tonight and tomorrow that he will reach out and schedule time to get replace and paint the sheetrock on my ceiling and fix any damage in the attic caused by the leak.I seriously cannot recommend them enough and I will definitely stick with them for any future roofing needs after this experience. 10/10.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Drywall repair

Dominic made this a good experience for us. He came during the meeting with the adjuster and was very available to us during the whole process. There were a few missed steps in the process however he made sure that the corrections were made and things were done to our satisfaction. Once the roof was on and our fence and garage re stained he met with us to go over everything that was done and to let us see images of before during and after. Excellent customer services. When we got hit with a hail storm about 7 years HPR definitely came to my rescue. They came to my home and walked me through all of my options and inspected my entire house to see where any additional repairs were needed. They worked with my insurance company and took all the necessary steps to get contractors to my home quickly for those items that got damaged by the storm. It only took them a day to get my new tier 4 roof put up and they made sure to leave the outside of my house as clean as I left it. Since the installation took place I have had to reach out for a couple of things to be looked at and this company got someone out within a day or two to get the issue looked at. They take reported issues seriously and really do everything they can to make their customers happy. My contact Paul Wilkerson is always on top of items that I need help with and questions that I have and does everything he can to get me taken care of quickly. Firstly, this is my second roof due to hail damage since buying the house. This experience was dramatically different.Paul W. Handled my latest replacement of the roof, gutters, windows, and screens as well as the minor things that needed to be done.I actually enjoyed working with him, he’s knowledgeable, strait forward and honest.I had many questions and he was quick to respond to anything that came up.The roofing team and the subs that did the work were great and left my home better than it’s been in years. My first roofer cut corners, didn’t do a great job and Paul made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and why.The folks at HP front office made sure that the insurance company was informed and all the negotiations for a job done right were taken care of.I will not hesitate to call them and more specifically Paul when I need anything done.It’s unnerving to say the least when 20 people a day knock on your door after a storm like we had.
