After getting hit with one of the massive hailstorms of 2023, it was a relief when I met Joseph Miller from Impression Roofing. He truly was on my side when working with my insurance and took the time to review all the damage our home encountered. Not only the roof, but our fence, storage sheds, BBQ grill, landscape lighting... everything! He was very pleasant, patient, helpful and knowledgeable about what all needed to be done to get us back to normal. Some neighbor's roofs were being replaced within 2-weeks, where Impression wasn't rushing us. Besides, it was smarter to wait until hail season was over! Joseph gave us alternatives on everything and was patient while we selected our style and colors. Making it right for the customer should be Impression Roofing's motto. Even after the job was all completed, we found a minor issue when working in our attic. We called Joseph and he had a person out to fix the problem the same day. You just don't see customer service like that these days! Thank you Joseph for being a wonderful partner in guiding us through this whole experience. We recently had our roof and gutters replaced after hail damage! Kyle was our project manager and guided us through the whole process with our insurance company and made sure everything went smoothly! He met with the adjusters and oversaw everything making sure it was was done in a timely manner and went smoothly! Benjamin Danler saw some damage on the roof and knocked on my door. I was at first reluctant as my past experience with our roofer was not good at all. I am glad I opened the door for Benjamin that day and gave him a chance to work on our roof. From insurance claim to guiding us in the best repair options, he was always available and helpful with the process. He is a professional and very honest project manager and understands all the things that go into roofing besides the actual work, and we had no issues with our insurance covering his work. I would recommend him to everyone. Because of him everything was so easy from start to finish.

Jamerez helped me start the process with my insurance company, he was available for the walk through, and he thoroughly explained how the process would work. He was there early to supervise his team while they replaced my roof and gutters which made me feel comfortable enough to go about my day. When the team saw that my fascia had to be repaired he immediately contacted me and sent pictures. He answered all of my question in a timely manner. His team completed the work and immediately cleaned up afterwards. My roof, gutters and fascia look better than I expected. I am thoroughly happy with all the work that was done. From start to finish, my Project Manager, Benjamin Danler, was handling everything. He even started my initial claim. Our process took awhile because our insurance company was not providing us with enough funding to complete our roof. They started by hiring an appraiser, and then we had to call in an umpire. Only then did the insurance company agree to additional funds. The day the roof was put on, Benjamin was there during the complete process. His crew went out of their way to protect our landscaping, and were diligent in making sure all the debris was picked up. The roof looks amazing, and the wider Drip Edge makes everything look crisp and professional. I’ve had several neighbors comment on how our roof really stands out. I would highly recommend Impression Roofing for roofing, or any other types of services they offer. They are professional, do excellent work, and are always there on site!!!

Impression Roofing saved our bacon! After a storm we had them come out to take a look at our roof and they found leaks that had been going on and had caused a LOT of damage to the shingles. We learned that we had to replace the roof, gutters etc. and were nervous to find out the cost. Initially our insurance wasn't going to pay for the roof or gutters but Stephen Reynolds/impression roofing worked with them to get it all covered. Their crew is fast and professional and did a good job cleaning up afterward. We highly recommend Stephen Reynolds/Impression Roofing! Don't wait for a minute to call them for roofing needs.

I recently had my roof replaced by Impression Roofing. The experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. The Project Manager was Benjamin Danler. He was very professional and his character and integrity are as good as it gets. He got us new gutters, gutter guards, window screens and much more. The first salesman came out with a senior sales person / estimator with his junior, pretty straightforward, but never told me to sign anything, or what the process was like. About 2 months went by they come out again, Wrote another contract about $800 difference the same amount for an upgraded shingles they could not convey clearly why the difference with regards to the original contract with the senior estimator. still have no idea why the difference.Work was complete. However, they left materials on the side of the house never cleaned up. I asked for it to be cleaned up. It took about two months. The salesman or Junior estimator was slow to call or text or just call back ,There’s expose nails, water runoff, and garbage still being found throughout the yard.I’m contacting my insurance company and having the roof respected.Service: Roof installation

Impression Roofing helped me replace my roof after the storm that hit north Dallas in May of 2023. Great service, very detailed oriented, very responsive and professional. Benjamin did above and beyond making sure no small detail was left. He met with the insurance inspector for hours to make sure everything was covered. He also spent time before he met with the inspector to make himself familiar with the details. He also supervised the roofing crew during the job and did not leave until the whole job was completed to my satisfaction. I met Benjamin from Impression Roofing when he was doing my neighbors roof and was very impressed how he and his crew went about doing the job. Very efficient and clean while working. Benjamin over saw everything that was going on and took photos of anything that needed fixed or replaced. Long story short is, I had him do my roof and approximately 3-5 of my neighbors roofs becuase of his great upbeat attitude in doing a great job for each of his clients. I got my roof replaced by Impression Roofing. My contractor, Samantha Stern, was superior to work with. She walked me through the entire process as I had additional damages besides the roof. She was assisting me with my insurance company the entire time. I couldn’t have done it without all her help. Joseph and Impression Roofing did a really nice job with our hail claim from last February’s hail storm in Frisco. He stayed on top of our insurance adjuster and ensured that we got all of the damage covered. They got 3 bids to repair the stucco, painted all of the exterior trim, eves, siding and soffits. 10 STARS! These are the experts that you need on your team. Impression Roofing worked on my home after hail damage. I had dozens of companies knock on my door soliciting business. I chose Impression Roofing because when Emmett knocked on my door he educated me on things that I had no idea. Things like my insurance covers much more than roof and fence repair. They cover AC unit damage, garage door damage and patio furniture damaged by hail and so much more. They meticulously inspected my home and documented the finest details of hail damage. When my insurance had the audacity to deny certain coverages, Joseph, Emmett and Jarrod stood strong for me and got EVERYTHING covered. They are able to do this because of their extensive history working as insurance adjusters! Jarrod and Joseph used to be the BAD GUYS so they know ALL of the tricks and schemes that insurance companies use to cut corners and deny claims. We pay too much for premiums and deductibles to be screwed over!!! Lastly, I have very high expectations, I can be hard to please and I'm pretty demanding when it comes to taking care of my home. They were always kind, respectful, responsive, honest and educating throughout the entire process. True professionals. Even my neighbors wanted to know how I was able to get so much done to my home through my insurance claim. They felt they had been duped by the companies they used.
