Our experience with Integrity First was great every step of the process. Jimmy was a great resource and was NOT pressuring us on a roof replacement. As a matter of fact, the first time he came out, he looked and told us we had some damage, but nothing extensive enough to be concerned about. 1 month later, we had a big storm that warranted a replacement. Jimmy has been there every step of the way from meeting with the adjusters to monitoring the roof and gutter replacement.They were so good, we recommended them to our daughter who lives nearby.Good to know we have a trustworthy roofer to put in the contact list.

I highly recommend Jason with Integrity First. Allstate was taking advantage of my mom and didn't want to approve her roof claim. He assisted me with the tedious job of dealing with Allstate. He made continuous calls to them and was always in contact with me. He explained the process and made sure they did what they were supposed to do. This process took about 6 month and he stuck with us. He was very kind, helpful, and honest. I recommend him and will use him again in the future.

I was fortunate that Jimmy performed the roof inspection and shared honest feedback that the roof's health is still intact. He also mentioned that insurance will only provide the option to fix cosmetic damage, and that shouldn't be ideal. He recommend waiting for another big storm to come through, offering to redo the inspection and comparing the reports. This will help the client and the adjuster.I am amazed by the fact that still in DFW we have roofers who are doing amazing jobs to provide value to the customer. Keep it up!

Integrity first construction just finished repairing my house roof. It got the hail damage some time early this year but I did not notice the damage till Chad stopped by and pointed out to me last June 2023. We processed the claim to my insurance co but they refused paying for the repair at first after initial inspection, but Chad from Integrity did mot back down but pursued the task tirelessly with his team till early week of Dec.. The insurance company finally agreed to pay for the roof repair. They came in around 6:00am and completed their job around 4:00pm. It was very fast job completion and did the job flawlessly. I am a happy customer of the Integrity First Construction and am willing to recommend to anyone who needs his or her house roof repair. Thanks, Chad and crew members!

Integrity isn’t just a namesake, these guys mean it. I asked them for a roof inspection, and rather than catastrophizing the condition of the roof in order to sell me a new one, they let me know I still had some good life left on the one I have. Tedd was great to work with! His crew was there on time and worked hard for almost 14 hours. They took off the solar panels , completed the roof and put the solar panels back on. Dean came out to check on them as well and checked on an extra vent that we added. Tedd came out and checked for nails and assured us he would feel comfortable going barefoot. Integrity First recently replaced our roofing, gutters, damaged screens; and repaired, power washed and stained our fence due to hail damage. After comparing them with local competitors, we chose Integrity First. Chad and Ray, the project managers, were diligent, thorough, honest and helpful throughout the entire process. Our house had storm damage to the roof and fence. I had never made a home claim before. The insurance company inspector gave me three recommendations with Integrity First Construction being the highest recommendation as they can handle the roof, our solar panels, and general construction as needed. We love this company! We worked with Chad and he was extremely attentitive to every detail and very professional. He walked with our adjuster around the entire house. He reviewed and explained every detail with us prior to installation. He was even here for the installation ensuring everything went smoothly. Chad and the team immidiately recognized a manufacturer production issue and quickly took care of it! He even made sure clean up was perfect as we have young children and livestock. When the recent hailstorm destroyed our roof, we gave the repair contract to another firm, but had an unexpected delay. The Integrity First team saw the holes in our roof, and put some tarp material over holes to prevent leaks until the competing company got started. They asked for nothing, just giving back to the community. Bravo!

I usually do not leave reviews for anything, but Tedd and his team did such an outstanding job with our roof replacement, I needed to leave a review! He came and met with our insurance adjuster last Wednesday for the roof inspection from hail damage, the insurance approved our replacement the same day and Ted and his crew replaced the entire roof a day later on Friday! They were on time, did great work and cleaned up the mess afterward. Tedd went above and beyond to help us with our roof, and also helping insulate a room with a vaulted ceiling that had no attic access. When it is time to replace the roof on my mom’s house, I know who to call to get the job done right the first time.
