Ron and MCC Roof are amazing. I had a bizarre leak in my kitchen ceiling after days of heavy rain. I suspected the worse...a possible leak on my 20+ year old roof. Ron and his crew came to my house asap, inspected the roof for leaks, and analyzed the situation. Instead of "selling" me a roof replacement, Ron was honest and explained the roof was fine, and that it was actually a plumbing issue. Not leaving it there, Ron recommended the only plumber he trusts with his clients, gave him a call on my behalf, and got him out asap to stop the plumbing leak. It's refreshing to know Ron is out there, not just looking for a sale, but having the integrity to solve the situation in an ethical way. Thanks MCC Roof! I worked with Ron years ago and because of the quality of service he provided in the past, I wanted to use his company again for my roof repair. His company did an excellent job and Ron is fantastic with communication, follow through, and customer service. He makes sure the customer understands every detail of the process and he checks in frequently, both in person and through text or phone to ensure everything is moving according to schedule and the customer is satisfied. Besides roof repair, his company also did some home interior repair and repainting my garage. Again, everything was completed timely and looked great when done. My first experience with Ron's company was when I hired him to inspect and fix my roof on the house I was selling. Ron arrived on time, checked out the roof, took pictures for evidence, and then told me that my roof was actually in good shape. There were a couple of loose shingles and some aesthetic issues, but they didn't actually warrant needing any real repairs. Since selling my house depended on getting the few minor repairs done, I hired them anyway to do what they buyer asked. He took pictures of the entire process and sent them to me as proof of the repairs. He even wrote up a statement as proof that all the issues were addressed. The price was very reasonable and Ron made sure I was I knew all my options before making any decisions. He was up front and honest, which is a rarity these days. Fast forward a few months and our new house had some leakage when it rained. I called Ron and he came out and said the roof was in really good shape, but that sometimes other crews used inferior sealing on the roof. He was working on another house in the area, and said he had some left over sealant that he could bring over in the next day or two to seal everything up well. It happened as he said and when I asked how much, he said that since the sealant was extra from another job, it was no charge Even when I insisted he refused to take payment for it for his trouble, he declined. I was impressed. Even better, the leak was completely fixed. It's a year after that happened, and I haven't had any roof problems, but when/if I do, Ron will be the first call I make. I still have his number stored in my phone.

Ron and his crews did a terrific job of replacing our 20-year old roof in Plano, hanging new gutters and screens, and replacing the French doors leading to the patio. Ron is clear and consistent in his communication, is great at recommending cost-effective changes to the plan as needed, and continually checks to make sure you're happy with the progress and results. Being able to trust Ron with all aspects of the work is particularly important since this home is a rental and I live 1,200 miles away. Had an emergency and MCC came out right away and put a temporary fix on my roof until they could add me to their schedule in a few days. When they came to replaced my roof, the guys showed up 7am on the dot and we’re done by 6 PM. It was a very good crew, nice guys. They took all the trash, there were no nails after the job was completed. Ron was great to work with, he kept me informed on the status throughout the day and promptly responded to my calls and text. Ron just finished up an enormous project on our house. Ron and his team repaired and/or replaced the siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and masonry on our entire home. They also painted the house, which looks amazing. They rebuilt our chimney, installed a cricket, and did some roofing work for us. Ron and his team were professional and very up front about any issues that came up. The pricing was reasonable and we felt that Ron took great care of us. I have a business park I oversee, it got broken into, the thieves cut into the asphalt shingle roof to gain access. The tenant didn't report it until late in the afternoon. I called MCC Roof hoping they could help me out. The owner came out himself and did the temporary repair that evening around 6 pm. This roof cut was so messed up I didn't think it would be repairable without at least replacing all the shingles. You could tell it was an older roof with granular loss. He said they could make the repair; it was an older roof but felt it had a few more years left on it. They came back out few days later to make the repairs to the roof. They only replaced around the damaged areas with new decking and shingles and repaired the damage the thieves did to the sheet rock inside. Once roof was done you could only tell it was patched because of the new shingles. Fantastic workmanship and outstanding service and integrity. Could have tried to push a new roof on this one but was honest about it. I will be a returning customer, and highly recommend MCC Roofing to others.Services: Roof repair, Roof damage repair
