After continually trying to pin them down I noticed that my neighbor had just had Olympic replace their roof and decided to call. Anthony, the owner, answered the phone on the second ring and within an hour and a half an Olympic staff member was measuring for gutters. They did everything you could want from a roofer and more. Anthony Potoki's company Olympic Exteriors is the gold standard of the best roofing company you could ever work with. Not only that, but they coordinated all the other repairs from storm damage, including sheet rock, paint, and windows. The after sale support is utterly amazing answering questions and helping with some add ons we wanted. Anthony's patience is abundant, and he seems to delight in over performing, and coming in ahead of schedule. After the project (which was huge), there was not a bit of scrap left lying around. The cleanup was as perfect as the installation. In addition, he advocated with our insurance company to get the job completely covered. We are very happy and grateful. If you have heard terrible stories about roofers, they are not about Olympic Exteriors! Their work is magnificent.

Anthony’s spirit of customer service is amazing. I had an issue on roof where squirrels were able to make their way in to the attic. I contacted Anthony, he immediately mobilized his team to fix the potential inlets, which I believe might have been the fault of the builder or previous roofer. Anthony has just replaced our roof for the fourth time in 20 years due to Texas hail. After a huge hail storm rolled through in Frisco- I reached out to Olympic Exteriors for help. Anthony came next day and was able to assess all the exterior damage including roof, windows, gutters, fence, pergola, etc. Insurance companies are never easy to deal with, but Anthony made the experience effortless. All the damage found by Anthony was paid for by my insurance company. The work was carried out as promised, and in a timely manner. Looking for a reliable roofer who does an excellent job? Here they are!We had several repairs for our roof (and gutters) that had to be done including replacing some soffit panels. A great roof inspection company. Anthony, the roof inspector, came to my house, went on the roof, and immediately located the missing shingles, blown away by the wind. These missing shingles caused an opening on the roof, which allowed rain water to enter into the bedroom, damaging my personal belongings.I highly recommend this company. They are cordial, professional, and highly efficient in identifying a roof problem.

Great experience with my new roof put in a few years ago, and pricing was fair and reasonable. I have had no issues and it looks great, and I wanted to share my thanks! I had my 10 year old roof replaced after a bad hail storm and Anthony was a pleasure to work with. They put in a new roof and gutters (upgraded my turret, gutters, etc.) installed in 3 days, and I have a large 4500 sq ft home! When I asked for a second pass with the nail pickup drum roller thingy on my lawn, they came right over and did it a few time more, and I felt my family safety was their priority too so we could walk on the grass with no issues. Also, they handled the insurance claim too, so I did not have to worry about spending time with the insurance agent. Would definitely work with them again and have recommended him to my neighbor, and he had his new roof put on last year.

I met Anthony after our home was hit by the October 20, 2019 tornado. The tornado was Sunday night. Anthony had a crew repairing my neighbor's roof Monday morning; we were expecting rain soon, and desperate to repair our roofs quickly to prevent additional water damage. Anthony assured me he would take care of it and he did. His crew was able to repair all the damage before the pending rain, and later replaced the entire roof. His employees are professional, efficient and do a beautiful job. The roof looks great.We went on to hire Anthony as our GC. He is knowledgable, dependable, trustworthy and has great resources available. All of his subcontractors were excellent and dependable.
