Quick response time to my inquiry. Matt worked around my schedule to come out and evaluate my roof. My flashing was coming up and he came up with the best option to make the necessary repair as well as make it blend in with the rest of the roof! I had another company before OneSource who did a terrible job and did not resolve my problem, actually made it look worse. Matts roofer worker did an amazing job, he even noticed another problem around one of the pipes and he took care of that too. Even though it was a small job, he gave it the same attention as I'm sure he would for a big job. Matt at OneSource has earned my business, and I will definitely call him for future roof needs. Tired of dealing with roofing companies that make you feel like prey? Well, OneSource Roofing should be your new roofer. Matt and his team made buying a new roof the best experience it could be. My roof was a cash deal with no insurance. Several companies would not bid on the job because it was not paid by insurance. OneSource provided the best of bids, showed up on time, worked hard all day, cleaned the areas completely, and finished in one day. Everyone from OneSource, and I do mean everyone, was professional, gracious and appreciative of the opportunity to help us. If you need a roof, give OneSource an opportunity.

Just had my roof replaced by One Source Roofing and Restoration and it has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Matt Allbritton, the owner, really offers “above and beyond” service. If I could give him a higher rating I would. He is very careful, detailed and thorough with everything that has to do with a claim. He found damages where the insurance adjuster missed and had been following up with her for two and half months until she finally included them. That is discipline! It helped me a lot as I was taking care of a very difficult family matter. Matt, keeps you updated and informed at all times before, during and after the installation. I wish he offered more services as I would trust him with any projects I could need for my home. He has very high standards of work ethics. You will be in wonderful hands if you give him a chance.

Matt went the extra mile. We contacted him after the storm took two sections of roof out and caused slight flooding in the Attic. He responded the next day and tarped the damaged areas until we could get the insurance company to follow through on their part. One source roofing showed up to repair the roof but they ended up getting the wrong size shingles which they went and exchanged out and got the right size. Then they proceeded to complete the project in a definite timely manner. In the meantime another storm came up and took more shingles off the roof to which one source went ahead and replaced that problem too. I highly recommend them to repair a roof if it's damaged by our lustrious Texas storms. Matt is quite knowledgeable in repairing roofs and I am totally satisfied with the quality shown by him and his workers. We recently had the pleasure of engaging OneSource Roofing to replace our roof, gutters, window screens, and more due to damage caused by a heavy storm.The initial step of selecting a roofing company proved to be the most challenging, but OneSource, led by Matt, impressed us significantly. The remainder of the process was straightforward and executed with professionalism.The crew conducted themselves with utmost professionalism and meticulously cleaned up after completing the roofing. Their willingness to assist my wife in moving delivered water to the house, though a small gesture, made a substantial difference.Dealing with my insurance presented some waiting issues, but Matt displayed remarkable patience, checking in with us several times throughout the process.The final walk-through after the job was completed was excellent. I've used Matt Allbritton to roof two different houses before, and he did an amazing job both times, so I didn't hesitate to call him when I had a concern about a possible leaky skylight. Because the skylight is hard to see with even our tallest ladder and in a narrow opening, I needed his expertise. He responded quickly, came out within a day, and got to work. He was able to use our ladder and his height to take pictures. Then he got on the roof where he also inspected our chimney right next to the skylight and found a possible point-of-entry for water. Next, he went into the attic and found a small amount of water damage. The next day he sent a team member to seal up some nail holes on the skylight roof and caulk the chimney area for a very modest price. It's good to have someone you can trust whenever you need any kind of repair like this. I'm so thankful I found Matt and OneSource!

Found One Source as a recommendation through our subdivision Facebook page. After the recent storm it was time to get our roof done along with other items. I emailed them through their website during the actual storm one night when I heard our shingles coming loose. I got a response within minutes and the owner was out the next day. We had a few shingles blow off of our roof peaks during this last rain and wind storm that came through on Thursday, March 2nd.I remember Matt being a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable representative from the roofing company that he previously work for. A couple of years ago, he came out to give us a roofing estimate for a different roofing situation, but he stood out in my mind because I liked his integrity and honest work ethics.So, I thought of him immediately this time and sent him some pictures through messenger of our slight roof damage. He got back to me quickly with a time and an estimate.He sent Alfonso, who came out in less than 24 hours from me reporting it.Alfonso was polite and professional.He even found a different area on our roof that had some shingles missing from the storm that he replaced while he was on the roof repairing the other spot that I had originally reported.Overall, I recommend this roofing company for your roof repair and roof replacement needs. Although the insurance inspector scheduled the inspection on a Sunday, Matt showed up on time to answer any questions the inspector may have. These guys went above and beyond! Most roofing companies don’t want to bother with repairs, their quotes and attitudes about it make that obvious. Not these guys! They came and evaluated a chimney repair that the original roofer had done a poor job on. They gave me a fair price, and did the job quick and efficiently. They maintained proper communication, responded to any questions, and their guys were super professional and respectful while at my home. I wish I had more roofing jobs for them, as their work value is too notch.

One Source Roofing and Restoration Company is one I would highly recommend. The owner, Matthew “Matt“ Allbritton, is compassionate, honest, a great listener, and highly skilled in his field. My husband and I had numerous projects running with OneSource in tandem. Once the insurance agent came by and conducted an investigation of our damaged property the end result was: the roof needed to be replaced, there was damage to our gutters, and our fence surrounding our backyard needed restraining.
