I recently had my roof replaced by Remote Roofing, and it was a GREAT experience from start to the end. The sales rep that I dealt with (Blaine Platt) was the best, he is very knowledgeable and he didn’t use your typical pressure tactics to sell me the roof. Unlike other companies he laid out the facts and provide documentation for me to read and then draw my own conclusion. Some of the other companies that I received a quote from were trying to scare and pressure us in to sign a contract. Their quotes were very much in line with the scope of loss I received from my insurance company, which made me trust them even more. I highly recommend Remote Roofing to anyone on the lookout for a new roof or who are just curious about the condition of their roof because these guys are the real experts!Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

SCAM!! Watch out,I tried using this remote tool to help me with my roof but they did not help me whatsoever; very unproductive and a waste of my time. Trust me, this isnot a good idea.They tried claiming that they could get us a higher insurance claim(false), they have (NO real CONTRACTORS), and it took too long so my insurance company had their own people come on site!When I first spoke with the staff, I had no idea they were this inexperienced;and now i'm regretting it. Nathan was straightforward with his evaluation of our rooftop and took as much time as necessary strolling us through all that he saw. Our neighbors had some doubts about the rooftop and Nathan put some extra effort to give a free appraisal to them as well! Thank you!Service: Roof installation
