Met Dylan through the Nextdoor app after he shared some helpful information on our post.When it came time to meet and explain what Rowley could offer, Dylan did it in a way that was easy to understand and we didn't feel pressured at all- compared to how we felt with other companies. We felt confident that our experience with them would be seamless and it really was! They worked with our home insurance and left us stress free. Dana Gregory with Rowley Roofing is the BEST!! I actually stopped him on the street at another house one day and right then and there he came and inspected my roof. Dana walked me through every step of the way with my insurance company, met with the adjuster and just made the whole experience seamless!! Everything was delivered as promised. I highly recommend.

Mr Rowley,Following is a summary of a recent review of the re-roofing recently completed by Rowley Roofing, Project Manager DANA GREGORY, at my home.● Gregory provided accurate and timely details to me and to my insurance company for this work project/claim.● All aspects of the re-roofing project were adequately explained.● My questions were answered & explained.● He monitored and supervised workers to ensure quality and timely completion of work.● He promised and delivered protective wood barriers to prevent damage to garden areas.● I interviewed previous Rowley customers, with jobs managed by Gregory. They provided excellent verbal reviews. Other Rowley re-roofing jobs I viewed in Frisco and Prosper appeared extremely well done.● Cleanup crews did a good job.● Gregory did touch up work promptly, as needed, after completion of re-roofing.● Gregory's assistant, LISA DAY, did excellent followup work and researched information requested by my wife.I have recommended your company to several of my neighbors for re-roofing work. I live in the McKinney area, and so my house was hit badly during hail storms this past spring. After carefully interviewing several roofing companies (Had bad heard some experiences from a few friends with roofers so was skeptical), I chose Rowley Roof and Construction to replace my roof and do all needed repairs to my home. Thankfully, I made the right choice! They were so great to work with. The repairs and new roof are high quality and all work was completed in a timely manner. I worked with Dana, he was amazing! He walked me through the process from beginning to end of the process. He worked around my crazy work schedule, and is all about customer service, which is huge for me! He went above and beyond, and if I ever need any further repairs to my home, he will be the first I’ll call. Highly Recommend!

The team at Rowley is second to none! They delivered everything they promised and stand behind every bit of work they do. Dana Gregory is perhaps the best multitasker I have ever met. The guy communicates timely and effectively and works even when it's inconvenient for him personally ( he never said that but I am human and see). Their work quality is top notch and they treat their clients like people. I recommend this team to all of my neigh and family and friends. They will be contractor of choice from now on.

I could not be more impressed with Dana Gregory with the installation of our new roof.Not only do we get a higher quality of roof, Dana made the entire process painless. He guided us through the insurance process & we basically didn't have to lift a finger. The crews he used were professional and worked quickly. He went above and beyond fixing things that we're not even his responsibility to remedy. The entire process exceeded expectations and there is no other roofer that you should trust for the job!

After a horrible prior roofing experience with a former home, my husband and I were not looking forward to contacting a roofing company about a leak and possible hail damage. Mike, a sales rep, worked with us every step of the way to ensure the process was easy, correct and that we were more than satisfied once completed. The company is surprisingly fast! I loved that a manager was on site all day supervising the workers, and they left our yard super clean. This is a huge plus with a 2 yr old! We now have a beautiful new roof and gutters and have regained faith in a local roofing company!

Brandon came highly recommend off the neighbor facebook group. He was very straightforward and answered every question (even the dumb ones). I got burnt in the past. I have an will continue to recommend Rowley because of the qualify work, straightforward communication, and focus on customer service then worrying about getting paid.
