Taylor’s customer service is second to none. He went over the entire process step by step with us and made sure our insurance company was informed as well. We are so happy we went with Roxy Roofing for our new beautiful roof. ****DO NOT HIRE****FRAUD ALERTI contracted them for cabinets remodeling..they seemed professional, however after giving them $800 advance..they basically disappeared. My project was suppose to start on Sep 19..however no communication or response since then. I have tried contacting both Chanel and Taylor..but no response.At this point it seems this is a fraud situation.
