I had water and hail damage. Stonebriar Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof and more importantly, handling the insurance company. Kyle contacted the insurance company, took additional photos of the damage and negotiated additional funds to cover the real price of replacement—not the insurance companies made up price that covers half. The crews were excellent and did a great job cleaning up and checking for any nails. I would highly recommend Kyle with Stonebriar Roofing. He’s professional and knowledgeable- plus he shows up to oversee the work!

This is the most reputable roofing company I have ever used. Kyle, the owner, met with the adjuster as they inspected my property. When the workers arrived, Kyle was there to ensure the bushes were protected. Before they started back with the shingles, he was back to make sure the roof was ready. When the shingles were on, Kyle was back assuring that the cleanup was complete. I didn’t pay him until the job met my satisfaction.I have had other companies that send out a salesman to get the work. Want all or partial payment up front and then you never see them again. I’m a returning customer to Stonebriar roofing company. This time the entire roof had to be removed from hail damage and install new roof. As a first time home owner I didn’t have experience filing a claim to the insurance company but Kyle helped me through the process a lot. He kind of took care of the claim process so I didn’t have to deal with it much. He was present when the adjuster came to my house and many times after to ensure that everything stayed with the plan. Roof installation went very well and his team does put a high quality work. As some other ppl mentioned in other reviews, I didn’t have to pay Stonebriar until all work was done and complete. Kyle also lives locally here in North Texas so why wouldn’t i support local businesses like his, especially that provides quality work and very responsive to my calls and texts. I had a minor issue, where one of my vent caps was broken and fell off my roof & needed to be put back on. Kyle came out to do that for me and noticed my roof had many additional spots of concern. He helped me understand the process with the insurance company and assisted with getting the claim started. I have Kyle the owner helped me 3x to replace the roof of my 3 houses. My experience with him on all occasions is exceptional. He is trustworthy, honest and dependable and go extra mile to help. I had used other contractors in the past and got burned up. From the beginning of the project to the to endthe process was seamless and stress free. Kyle coordinated with my insurance in filing the claim, monitor and inspect the crew and the job before and after the project was done. The quality of work is great and done in time. He even went an extra effort to do extra job not related to the project at no cost to me. I have had my roof done several times in the last 20 years since I have lived here in Texas. However, Kyle has been the best by far.
