Part of our bedroom ceiling collapsed due to leak in our roof. With the heavy rains continued to be forecast we need a quick temporary repair, until a permanent repair could be done. Mike Hernandez, with Swordsman roofing had his guys after hours to help with the repairs. This despite how busy he was. They came back yesterday to finish. I struggle to find the words to articulate the dreadful experience my husband and I had with this company. We live in a townhome and our HOA hired them last summer to fix our weather stripping and some roof leaks that most of the units were experiencing. They also painted our exterior. The job took MONTHS and was wildly inconvenient, as they left their ladders in our side yard, took down our exterior lights, and didn't allow us to park in our garage/driveway during the day, etc. But while they did a great job on the exterior paint, most of the repairs were simply never made. In fact, the leaking only got worse once the "work" was done, and it has been nearly impossible to get the team back out here to complete the job that was supposed to be done a year ago. When the crew finally showed up this week after ghosting us thrice over the last two (when there has been a significant amount of rain), they showed up with paint, not weather strips. It was a long process, not because of the roofing company but because my mortgage was sold to another mortgage company in the middle of an insurance claim. I learned a lot of things along the way and Michael Hernandez kept me calm and assured me everything would work itself out. Even though there were several not so pleasant calls to my insurance company as well as both mortgage companies. (Those that truly know me probably know how those conversations went). The process started in October but today I was finally able to get my new roof. What I thought was going to be an all day job only took a few hours. I'm satisfied with the work that was done but what's even better is I've walked around my home several times and haven't found a single nail near my driveway (parnoria is real). Initially I was scared to move my car for fear of getting a flat tire (hopefully I'm not jinxing myself). If you need roofing work complete I recommend @swordsmenroofing or give Mike a call...

Would strongly recommend! Micah did a great job and quick turn around on getting our half round gutters installed on our newly remodeled . Some friends recommend him after we asked about their roof. Couldn't have been happier. We got his info from some friends after seeing their roof. I would recommend Swordsmen Roofing to any of my friends and family.

I used Swordsmen Roofing for on a recent renovation to help rebuild the decking, redo the roof and add gutters on an older house. They were so responsive and easy to work with. Micah was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us to do the project right but within our budget. They did quick, high quality work and left the job site clean when they were complete.
