I had my existing old pergola replaced with a new cedar patio structure and roof with architectural shingles. This was for my home. I am so very pleased with Norm at Valor Roofing Group for a great job and the detail. He met my every expectation and then some. He custom built the intake vents to make sure the roof didn't get too hot in the summer heat, installed beautiful tonged and groove cedar on the under part of my roof along with his idea of two beautiful crosses on the ends. It was his idea and I love it.Thank you so much for a great experience, such quality and honesty. The owner Norm make sure that you’re happy at the beginning in the middle and the end of the project and does incredible follow up. He also helps you understand working with insurance companies. Valor Roofing did a phenomenal job on getting my new roof installed after a bad hail storm. Norm handled most of the hassle with calling the insurance company and getting invoices and things filed on time. Compared to my neighbors, my windows came quickly and were installed perfectly.
