Vantage Point came by to look at our roof after a previous repair was done incorrectly by another company. Jeremy made the time and fixed it for us right away, which we were blown away by - he even surveyed around our home and let us know our gutters needed to be replaced, quoted us, and had the best customer service. Knowledgeable, kind, and timely contractors are hard to find and we plan to hire Vantage Point for our needs going forward. Five stars all around.

I recently had the amazing opportunity to work with Vantage and saying that the process was easy and headache free is short of the level of care, commitment, professionalism from everyone that helped me with the process of getting my roof replaced.My roof was severely damaged from the wind storms and my insurance was not approving the replacement, only the repair. In the past I had tried to work with several roof contractors and ultimately once they found out how long it would’ve taken to get the approval they didn’t take my claim.Jeremy took my claim as if it was his and he helped me to get everything I needed to get my claim approved and the best of it is that it was stress free. Jeremy handled everything to ensure I didn’t waste my time and that I received the level of service that I deserved.To say that Vantage Point is the best is short from what actually happens once they start the process of handling any claims. They handle every claim as if it was for their family.

Jeremy went ABOVE & BEYOND for us! Our insurance company declined our claim that was with a different roofing company and they told us there was nothing they could do to help us. We got another roofing companies opinion and their was definitely hail damage but yet again insurance wouldn't play ball. Then a friend referred Vantage Point and Jeremy and he agreed that hail damage was there and he was ready to fight for us with the insurance company and that's exactly what he did! He was able to get a Public Adjuster involved and went the extra mile to make it happen for us. He seems to be a man of his word and cares about his clients and I would absolutely refer him to my friends and family! Thanks......

Vantage Point Construction is a proffesional, timely and quality company that are experts in their field of solar installation and roofing. They have done quality work at my home, and are scheduled to take care of my mothers home and my grandfather's home as well. There aren't a lot of companies that have the follow through and commitment that I've seen from Vantage Point Construction. They do what they say they will, and go the extra mile for their clients. Highly recommend!

Professional and very helpful! They inspected my roof after this past Spring storm and documented wind and hail damage so that I can get a roof replacement approved by insurance. I really liked that they provided me a report with multiple, detailed pictures of the roof damage that I could see for myself.

If I could give more stars I would. Jeremy and his guys have always been nothing less than outstanding on both residential and commercial jobs that they have done for me. I would recommend vantage point to anyone and everyone that is looking for top of the line quality work.Really appreciate all the help you guys have provided. My roof had wind damage and also knocked down my chimney. Vantage point construction was able to fight the insurance to get everything approved and even built a brand new chimney. They were very responsive and kept me up to date every step of the process. Strongly recommend using them if you want to have the stress of roof damage taken off your plate.

EDIT: Still have heard nothing even after calling the support number! All the 5 star reviews are fake by the way!!!!I was the first review then within 1 week a bunch of 5 star reviews popped up!Original review:Vantage point solar installed my panels 10 months ago.They have yet to inspect the system and permit it to be operable. They are not responding to emails or phone calls. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Had panels started to be installed in Nov 21. Payments started in 1/22. Not functional panels so paying full price for electric and panels. Finally got system up 8/22. Said would reimburse me for payments made while system not operational. Never got reimbursed. Went to BBB they said they would reimburse me in resolution. Now 8/23 not responding no reimbursement. Beware…..

DO NOT USE THEM.!! We got our solar panels 8/2021 and they have not worked for 2 years and they never answer or respond to emails. The 1800 number they have sends you straight to voicemail and the never answer.

Ya tengo 2 años que hice contrato en agosto del 2021 me instalaron todo y nunca an funcionado 2 años de estar pagando bill de luz y los paneles este año me reembolsaron una parte de los paneles pero sigo igual la ciudad tiene que poner otro medidor ya se les mando correo electrónico tanto de la ciudad como de nosotros y ya no contesta el sr Alain, yo me contactaba con una empleada de esa compañía llamada Tatiana al principio muy bien pero después se porto muy grocera conmigo a ellos no les importa porque ellos ya cobraron su dinero estoy muy decepcionado de esta disque compañía
