Have never been so impressed by a company before. Roanne was amazing as this process took awhile with our insurance company and raising our deductible to cover the out of pocket. She stayed in contact with us and insurance through it all. She was patient and kind and always there to help with whatever we needed. The roofing was amazing and even when a hiccup came with an issue under the roofing on our garage they never missed a beat. They handled the pictures and contact with insurance to secure additional funding. Communicated with us and we’re so easy to work with. Cannot recommend them enough. Before and after show the amazing difference in our roof. Thank you again.

Chris Durbin and his team are miracle workers. Not only did they do an amazing job replacing our roof etc. but they did it so quickly. Chris also went above an beyond in every way. Our adjuster could only come out on a Sunday and Chris volunteered to drive 1 hour to meet with him. When dealing with the awful situation of having to replace a roof, gutters, screens etc., it's nice to have a guy like Chris and the Xperience Roofing team make the process ridiculously smooth and easy. Brandon and Terry were extremely professional and forthcoming when assessing damages to my roof. They also assisted with gaining maximum value from insurance when the the adjuster came for inspection. Ultimately, we went with another contractor that was a close family-friend, however I would still highly recommend Xperience roofing due to their sheer professionalism and knowledge of the business.

Whether it’s been my roof and gutters or replacing my driveway to installing a septic tank Nathan has always been the only contractor and I truly mean this when I say this but a genuine friend to me an my family. Nathan Durst the project manger at Xperience roofing was the man when came to all the questions an concerns i had** for my roof and gutters. We had hail in garland last month while I was out of town an we weren’t sure how bad it hit us or if it hit us at all. My sister Susan recommended Nate and he did a wonderful job!!! Nate did a complimentary inspection that took no more than 30 mins nor did I have to be there for it. Thankfully we didn’t have any damage an I appreciate his honestly. Nathan is such a gentleman my husband and him talked more then I'd heeard him speak in years there both just so knowledgeable. Nathan never did once miss a call when I telephone him and was specific an detail with all the my silly questions I had for him i just couldn't keep up with all the lingo but my husband sure did I think he learned a thing or two. Anyhow I just was embarrassed that I knew so little about my own roof, not like I can climb up there myself with my hips but Nathan did and got us are damage repot within 30 mins.
