Ross and his son Tony were great at helping us design the patio and they did a fantastic job. We were so happy we had them rebuild our carport. Exceptionally unhappy with follow-up service and warranty. I originally had a different review posted immediately after my job was finished, but I had to delete it.In January, I had a new roof/gutters put on and a small porch covered and converted into a screened sunroom. The new room looked great, and I had nothing but good things to say. However, the sunroom roof very quickly developed a leak that has, over time, turned into a running stream every time it rains. It is also leaking into my electric fireplace and is staining my ceiling and floors.I have contacted Ross Garza, the owner, so many times about this. He sent one guy who stayed 10 minutes, showed me a rusty nail, and told me the leak was fixed. It obviously wasn't. Ross later sent a second guy who caulked the top of the chimney, and then he too said the leak was fixed. Again, definitely not fixed. After that, Dynamo offered me nothing else to fix this problem, not even anything to help stop the rain from coming in temporarily. I had to get help to do that myself.Now, 4 months later, the leak is getting far worse. I have reached out to Ross again and again, and he's just simply ignoring me. He made me a lot of promises about how he stood by his work, but those promises clearly didn't mean anything.I had to get other companies out here to quote fixing this, and all have said it is a problem with improperly installed flashing around the entire chimney which needs to be completely replaced/redone. Apparently, Ross just didn't want to spend the money and time to actually fix my roof after he had already gotten the cash from my job. I'm guessing he thought I'd get so frustrated by his not answering me that I'd give up eventually and just let it go. Yeah, not happening.So I have another company fixing Dynamo's mess. And once the repairs are finished, I will be filing in small claims court for the entire cost to fix not just the flashing, but every single damn thing damaged by water, including the roof, ceiling, fireplace, and repainting the floors - basically everything that's been messed up by the shoddy flashing work.I gave this company all kinds of chances to do the right thing and stand by their product, but they just ignored me. Ross was great while the job was going on, but he sure is a ghost now. I shouldn't have to pay to fix a brand new roof, so buyer beware - you just can't trust this company to stand by its work, end of story.

Dynamo team was very professional from the start of the project by giving us ideas to ensuring that the city codes are followed and accommodating our special requests through out the project. They completed the our patio just in time for our kids birthday party as committed. Ross has been amazing thru the process taking personal interest to ensure everything comes out to our satisfaction. The end product was amazing (as you can see from the pictures - before and after) .

Ross & Tony didn't disappoint when it came to building a covered gable for our patio. We got several bids but decided to go with Dynamo Construction because they asked a lot of questions as to what we wanted our patio to look like. Their bid was very reasonable and their workmanship was great! If you are looking to do a similar project, I can't recommend these guys enough. Their workers were polite and did the job to our specs. We are more than happy with the results and glad we went with Ross & Tony.

JOB WELL DONE! We were needing a car port installed, but not the flimsy kind you buy online. Rosbelt (owner) came out and sent a proposal that night. Within 48 hours of approving the job, he had materials delivered and the crew began the next day and finished it within 2 1/2 days! It is very strong! Buried the posts over 30” deep. It is a structure with 6 poles as we wanted a larger than normal car port at 24 x 24 and taller than normal. Rosbelt and his crew were professional, communicated well, and cleaned the entire site! Moreover, they laid the extra dirt around our house at our request. It is a beautiful structure! We will definitely do business again with Rosbelt and Dynamo Home Improvements!

Found this company on Angies list. Someone got back to me within an hour or so and we set up an appointment to consult on my project the next day. They never showed up, emailed, texted or otherwise indicated they would not make the appointment. I guess this is typical of the way businesses are run and further gives contractor services a bad name.

I hired Ross to remove a wood deck and install a new flagstone patio. He was responsive at first, but as soon as the work was done it was hell to get a hold of him ever again. The frame for the patio broke within a week, they did not compact the gravel base so my patio is uneven, and now barely a year later he will not stand by his work to come out and add more gravel where the huge gaps have appeared. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! As soon as he receives payment he vanishes like a ghost and he gives every excuse why nothing is his fault. He does not return phone calls and is extremely rude. I'm only giving a one star rating because you can't give a zero star rating...

We added on to our house a few years ago and the one error we made is we had no roof overhang in the backyard. We called Ross at Dynamo and we are very glad we did. Ross came out and gave us some ideas and then, when we settled on an idea, he gave us a fair estimate. His guys were on the job in a few days and they did exactly what we were hoping for. These guys are incredible!!! They did the job in just a couple of days and it looks absolutely perfect. I highly recommend these guys for any of your remodeling projects. Professional, honest, fast and reliable. All qualities you look for and Dynamo has them all.

Dynamo did a beautiful job on my new deck. I got the name from a neighbor who had used them so they came highly recommended. They tore out the old deck while leaving the foundation which was still in good shape, saving me an unnecessary expense. The price was fair and reasonable and Ross even added a few extras without even charging me. The new deck is larger and looks amazing. Ross and his entire crew were professional, prompt, meticulous and easy to work with. I highly recommend this excellent company and look forward to working with them again on other projects.

I have done 2 projects with Ross at Dynamo. 2yrs ago he built a very nice cedar patio cover for our yard. As with all custom projects there are some areas which need changing. Ross & his crew were very responsive to us, and we were very happy with the final result. Recently we contacted Ross about making a custom cedar shed for the yard. He did a great job & was very responsive & professional. Highly recommended!!!!
