We had a great experience with Action Roofing. The realtor who helped us buy our house 14 years ago recommended this roofing company when we discovered a roof leak after a big storm. Jacob came out and assessed the roof and told us we had a good case for getting insurance to cover it. He also noted that we had a lot of hail damage to the siding. After we submitted a claim to our insurance company, he took over interacting with the insurance company and did a marvelous job. The insurance adjuster even mentioned how good Jacob was to work with when he called me to let me know that the insurance company would cover a new roof and new siding. The house now looks fantastic and we are grateful for Jacob's excellent work.

Jacob and Nick were great in helping me to get this process approved and taken care of. They fought with my insurance company for almost 9 months following the ice storm damage in February which included 3 different appeals and even required a 3rd party arbitrator to get involved. After being denied multiple times, they were able to get me approved and we got our new roof installed 2 days ago. It looks great and we were extremely impressed with their professionalism and attention to our issues. Their help in navigating what can be a very difficult process was crucial for us getting the claim approved.I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for your roofing needs! Action Roofing is a great company with great people that do honest, quality work. As a business owner myself, those are things I’m extremely aware of and they knocked it out of the park! They definitely went above and beyond for us and we are very appreciative!

I have used Action Roofing, this will be the forth roof, 2 shingle roofs and 2 metal. Both crews have been neat, clearing all trash and rubble after each day. They work fast and efficiently without loud music. The office staff are polite and responsive. Bradlee Grigsby, as young as he is, leads by example and works along side the crews. He is respectful of people and property, and a gentleman, speaks well, explains what he has planned to do and does what he says he will, and follows directions well. We trust Action and will continue to use them, and recommend them.Now that the work is all complete and paid for. I stand by my above review. I would like to add that Greg Grisbee, sales representative, was available and ready to visit whenever we had questions. He is honest, respectful, professional, and sees what needs and should be done is done. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Action Roofing. They helped me through the initial damage identification and reporting for my insurance claim. They came on the day the insurance adjuster came and supported my interest in getting a fair settlement. They offered a number of options for my roof replacement due to the hail damage. The crew that replaced the damaged roof was very professional and extremely knowledgeable concerning the way to install the new metal roof. The whole metal roof design is a roof system, not just a metal roof. I have personally installed metal roofs, previously had other metal roofs and examined other metal roofs but none compared to the quality of this metal roof. Action Roofing did a tremendous job. Jake was our project manager and contact. The bad ice storm in February 2023 really did a number on us. Tree fell on garage and actually broke a truss in the garage/attic. A section of the garage ceiling also gave way. We could not see all the damage but Jake was proactive, took pictures and got everything listed for the insurance.Jake was patient and excellent with all the insurance hassle. He had to work through three claims adjustors! He also coordinated having the tree removed which was a VERY BIG deal at that time. Finding ways to get trees and brush removed was not easy. You can tell from the before and after pics what a great job they did. Recently, I needed a few things, and I called him to see if he could help to find a specific shingle. I like to sweat the details and to understand what’s going on. My experience with Action Roofing from initial contact to job completion has been excellent.Nick was a great resource. He didn’t try to just do the roof and get on to the next job. He understood that our air conditioner had also been damaged and helped us work with our insurance agent to get it replaced. He also helped put in a cricket for our chimney, install a solar fan, and install covering on the flat part of our patio. Of course Nick did this with the capable assistance of their roofing crew, who were experienced and thoughtful. They rebuilt our small chimney and did an amazing job. They also installed ice and water prevention in the valleys of our roof and used the shingle installation techniques called for by Malarkey, the shingle manufacturer.I appreciate that Action Roofing is a family business in Georgetown. Because I walk two to three miles every day in our neighborhood and have had the opportunity to see a range of behaviors on roofs, I’m thankful we chose Action Roofing.

Action Roofing goes above and beyond on every aspect of the job! Greg is the nicest guy on the planet, he makes the hail disaster so easy to deal with.Bradley came running to our rescue to deal with an onery insurance adjuster. For someone so young I was impressed with how diplomatic he was, while making sure damages were documented correctly...he caught numerous things the adjuster missed. Bradley is professional and very knowledgeable about insurance claims and every aspect of repairing damages.Bradley is also respectful, kind and considerate....such a sweet young man.The crew that comes to roof are fabulous. They are very considerate of our property and make sure not to damage plants next to the house...that's a huge concern of mine. I don't think I found a single nail when they were done. When they finished the job, you couldn't tell 7-8 people had been here...except for the beautiful new roof!Thanks Greg and Bradley!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. 5+ Stars. After reading other reviews, I reached out to Action Roofing to get a bid to replace our roof from the recent hail storm. Nick immediately reached out and scheduled a time to come out. He was very thorough, pointing out some places the insurance adjuster missed and even some things we had not noticed about the roof and gutters, which really won my husband over. Nick’s knowledge of the roofing process was above and beyond other roofers we talked to with decades more experience. He was not pushy and did a great job explaining what set Action Roofing apart from other roofers. Throughout the process, he had amazing attention to detail and took care of getting the insurance company to approve the items missed. He came the day before the installation to go over some last minute items so he could communicate what needed to be done to the crew without relying on us to communicate it. After the roof was done, he came out to do a quality check, getting on the roof and really making sure it was up to standard even though we told him everything looked great. Throughout the entire process he was responsive, answered all of our questions and made the process as easy as it could possibly be. All of the other staff members and crew were also highly professional and knowledgeable. The crew that came the day of did an excellent job and really worked hard from sun up to sun down to get the roof done. I cannot recommend Action Roofing enough and be sure to ask for Nick as your project manager. You will not be disappointed!

Professional, dependable, quality and easy to deal with. This was the second “everybody” needs a roof hailstorm for our neighborhood in 3-4 years. Really glad we selected Action this time. Nick was easy to deal with and you never had that high pressure sell sell sell feeling that a couple of others I had out gave me. Nor did the others have near as strong of reviews or hometown association as Action. Communication was clear, thorough and initiated by Nick, I never had to call to see what was going on. Better warranty via their Premier status with GAF and from my layperson perspective they did a great job. REALLY glad I went with a reputable local firm this time and totally impressed with Action Roofing.

I called Action Roofing in response to my neighbor recommending. From the first call to the last call where I probably asked some silly questions I was treated so respectfully by Bradley Grigsby!! The flashing on our roof was damaged due to a wind storm. We had a roofing company try to charge us almost $900 to repair the flashing some shingles. We decided to get a quote from Action Roofing to see if we could find a better deal and they were so much more affordable. Right from the beginning we were sure that we wanted to Malarkey Shingles and we found Action Roofing from Malarkey's website as Emerald Pro Member.We called up Action Roofing and I got in touch with Nick.He was honest and quick to give me a reasonable estimate from Google Maps, over the phone.We even asked him to come home, check it via drones and give a final estimate and both estimates were very close.Two specific shingle models were picked and we requested estimates for both of them and one of them was close to our Insurance approved amount and we went for it.The type 4 shingles were difficult to find in stock and we followed up with them and I was getting updates on the status from Nick.The day shingles were available then things started moving very fast.People called up for delivery and installation dates and we scheduled it.The arrival was smooth; just one day prior to installation without hiccups.On installation date the crew members arrived just before 7:00 am and started the work by 7:00.For a 3000+ sqft single storied house the roof was done by 1:30 pm or so. It was a record installation time and I was seeing other roofers taking at least one day and some of them were stretching to 2 days.There were minor issues. Not that they were big but just for completeness of the review.They missed a vent and rain diverter.It took 2 - 3 days to find it and informed them.Both were fixed in next 2 - 3 days. It was at most an hour job (nothing more).Some of the plants in front of the house were also disturbed.They covered promptly as soon as we pointed it during the installation itself.Over all we are quite pleased with the experience.The crew members didn't disturb us at all unlike few other roofer crew members.
