I always thought of myself lucky to not have roof damage with all the hail we receive in Georgetown (east of IH-35). But my luck ran out. Didn't notice anything amiss until I went into the spare bedroom, flicked on the light, and saw yellow. I looked at the light fixture, and it was full of water!!! There were water stains going all the way across the bedroom, even outlining the A/C register. Never having dealt with such, I started to panic. I telephoned my insurance carrier first to get guidance. After speaking with them (and answering a million + one questions) I started contacting roofing companies. Yelp was my first step. I wrote down the name of 3 companies and started phoning. APEX Roofing in Georgetown was my first call. They came out the next day and went on the roof and also in the attic. They took pictures so I could see. The culprit was a solar panel component that was no longer sealed, thus my roof leaked, dripped onto the ceiling's drywall, and into the light fixture.The 2nd company came out same day but did not go on the roof, nor did they enter my attic. They strictly relied on pictures from a drone. (I wasn't impressed with the lack of hands-on).The 3rd company, well, I didn't give them a chance. I cancelled because of the professionalism and hands-on inspection received from APEX Roofing.They were present when the insurance adjuster made a full inspection. After receiving word from insurance to proceed with repairs, I signed on with APEX. APEX took on the role of contractor & sub-contractor. They arranged for the solar panel company to remove the panels so a new roof could be installed (higher quality architectural shingles providing me with an insurance discount). An Attic Breeze solar attic ventilator was also installed. (Come on Summer 2024!! I'm ready!!)APEX arranged for the bedroom ceiling to be restored and painted to pre-damage specs. APEX arranged for the fenced backyard to be pressure-washed to remove all signs of hail strikes and re-stained. Gutters spouts were replaced. Then APEX scheduled the re-install of the solar panels (with the company I purchased the panels from).All work was done per insurance claim/quote and then-some. You can't place a price on professionalism, quality-of-work, positive attitude, and smiles.I highly recommend APEX Roofing in Georgetown. My sincerest thanks to John Bear, my assigned project manager. Without him, I'd still be in a panic. And to the rest of the Georgetown APEX Roofing team: Thank you Thank you Thank you! ~pam

Project manager John Bear and his company Apex Roofing have done a wonderful job installing a new roof and gutters with gutter screens on my 21-year-old house whose last roof was installed in 2010. We installed a new roof then, and the last gutter job was in 2003. John made it easy for me. I met him one day and that same day he inspected my roof. He met the adjuster when he came to put the estimate together. I was not even present for that. We also got approved and attic breeze 45 watt solar fan which should make my attic much cooler and reduce my energy cost. Additionally, I will get a tax credit for the solar fan. I was only out of pocket for my $3000 deductible and 500 to upgrade to class 4 impact resistant shingle. I got the $34,000 roof for $3500. John was there the entire day the roof was installed. He checked everything very carefully throughout the process. I highly recommend Apex Roofing and John Bear. Five star all the way!

A neighbor near me recommended APEX Roofing. I had commented while I was on a walk how nice their roof looked after their job was completed. So glad I chose APEX for my roof replacement. My APEX specialist was Jonah Rivera; I could not have been more satisfied! Honesty, integrity, very knowledgeable about insurance procedures, a roofing expert, and of course his friendliness. Jonah was here onsite while most of the install took place. The crew was excellent, fast, and cleaned up well after the job. This is a roofing company we would hire again! What began as a tune up, shifted to full replacement after a hail storm. We have a large roof, and they completed the roofing in one day and gutters in one additional day. We had a need to skip one day in between and there were very accommodating. Garage door and window screen repairs were all coordinated by them. The care to our property was good and they placed a high quality shingle Certainteed on our house. We have worked with two other companies and this is the first we would rehire if needed. This is about a commercial building in Historic Downtown Georgetown that I've owned many years. I know it and the roof very well. I can't say enough about APEX roofing and Chris Montgomery. Chris came out and gave me a honest evaluation of my roof and walked me through every step of replacing my roof. He was knowledgable about working with the insurance companies. Chris even came out and met with my insurance adjuster to make sure he saw all the issues with my roof. Our roof was hit hard during the last hail storm in Round Rock. A large skylight was destroyed as well as a window and several solar screens. Chris Montgomery was extremely helpful and informative in reviewing our insurance claim. He ensured that all of the requirements were met to enable us to recover our “recoverable depreciation costs”. He was always available to answer questions of any kind. APEX did great work and was professional at all times. The company is also local, which was one of my criteria for choosing the company to work on our home.

I called Apex Roofing for a leak and they came out within a few hrs. It was poring down rain and I knew they probably had lots of homes to fix. Corbin Brozewski was wonderful! He not only found the leak but was able to fix it immediately. He could have just thrown a tarp over it and come back but he took the time to fix it. Corbin was friendly and courteous. Corbin made sure not to get my house dirty, taking off his shoes every time he had to come into the house. Corbin also noted that I have another problem that didn't need immediate fixing and he could come back later to fix if I wanted him to. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cost was inexpensive. I highly recommend Apex Roofing Georgetown and their competent professional staff.

It was a pleasure to work with Apex to do a full roof replacement after a hailstorm last year. Their quote was very competitive, and they listened to my wants regarding adjusting the attic ventilation in my 1960s era ranch home. They did the work in 2 phases. The main roof replacement went super fast, 1 day, and I did not find any roofing nails afterwards. They mistakenly took my gutter guards out, but made it right and put new ones on there in a follow-up. 2nd phase to adjust the attic ventilation and they worked well with me to make sure it was right. They even came to our house to pick up the final check. All in all great customer service and I will keep them in mind for the next time I need some roofing work done.

Apex Roofing did a fantastic job putting a new roof/shingles on my house, from start to finish - communication, follow through, and customer service. I had a small issue once they finished - a broken item in my yard that i informed my Superintendent (Jonah Rivera) about. Only expecting acknowledgment of the issue and nothing else, Jonah showed up at my doorstep a short time later with a brand new replacement that he personally obtained after reading my text message. During the hail storm of September 2023, our roof was damaged. The insurance company issued a full replacement determination.After much research, we selected Apex Roofing of Georgetown. Chris Montgomery came to the house and presented us with an estimate that was very generous. His crew showed up in just over a week and put a spectacular roof on our home. The hail also damaged our gutters. Apex does those, too. In essence, a one stop shop from roofing to replacement screens that gave up their lives to save our windows we also have a greenhouse that they had a specialty team to address. If you need a roof we recommend, without reservation or equivocation, Chris Montgomery at Apex roofing. They did us right. He kept his word when overages were found and we have a roof that people turn and look at as they walk by. I apologize to everyone who read my 5 star review after my roof installation. We had our roof replaced in Nov 2022. It is now September of 2023 and we still have not had our issues addressed. We have a gutter installed incorrectly and now have issues with the roof. Ive called several times with numerous delays. Apex Roofing did such a great job on our roof replacement; it is hard to over state just how pleased we are. We had been a customer for several years for minor repairs and advice for an aging roof. So, when time came to replace the roof we immediately reached out to Apex. Ricky and Jorge were great to work with. They guided us through the process and helped us explore all the options from the color and style of shingle to the options for attic ventilation. Ricky responded quickly to our questions and made several trips to the house to show us samples. When it came time for the crew to arrive we knew what to expect including how long the project would take. Apex delivered on every promise and completed the project in only two days. Adam, the General Manager of APEX Roofing came to inspect our roof after a sudden golfball and baseball sized hailstorm in Georgetown TX. We had our roof replaced 3 years ago by another company after a hailstorm, we were not pleased so did not call them back. Adam showed up the same day we called, very professional, friendly, experienced, respectful of our property, inspected the roof and gutters quickly taking pictures, very thorough & educated us by explaining the damage in the pictures. I also mentioned some of their competitors we were considering, Adam spoke highly of them. A rare trait showing his integrity and honesty. It is clear Adam and the APEX team know what they are doing based on his explanation of what to expect from the whole team. He gave us his professional recommendations since our damage was not bad nor did it compromise the roof. It was nice to feel someone was looking out for what is best for the customer. I was left feeling confident this was truly a hardworking honest man and a high quality organization. We will definitely be using and trusting APEX for any roofing projects in the future.
