I had them install F-wave due to the recent hail storms. The quality of the work was nice, Luke explained the whole process and offered ways to make my roof even more durable. They protected all my plants very good. They only fixed things that were truly broken. What I liked about them most is they fix anything that they didn't get right the first time if you let me them know. Their priority is your happiness.

Ark Roofing leader was very detailed, found every minor and major issue on the roof, gutters, windows and deck. The team leader documented and assembled a detailed report of issues for the insurance evaluation. Wow! What an amazing experience with Ark Roofer! Small world-we met Cody Allison (sales consultant with Ark) on a plane ride a few months back & we mentioned what we do for work-long story short we connected & said we needed gutters as our 1974 house had terrible drainage from old gutters or lack of gutters in places we needed desperately! Cody followed up & came out immediately to give us a consultation & did his design work to show us how the gutters would look while he was with us at our house. We have a lot of angles/sides to our house so wanted to make sure it wouldn’t look funky! Cody was extremely thorough, took his time with us as we asked a lot of questions & he even took the time to look at our roof for us as well. We got on the schedule (which wasn’t a wait at all) & the crew was on time, fast, efficient, & left the site clean!! We got the mesh on the front gutters where our trees are which is nice to have-no more spending the time cleaning them out every year! We are so pleased with the work performed. Thanks Ark! Needing to have my roof replaced as a result of hail damage was made a lot easier because Ark Roofers approached the issue in the most businesslike and comprehensive manner possible. My other roofer bids were simple and easy to deal with but lacked the certainty I was looking for. Additionally Ark Roofers were incredibly thorough and found things missing from the original insurance company evaluation. Ark Roofers took care of providing the insurance company with needed information and additional money was paid by my insurance company to complete all repairs. Great job!

Luke and his team were very professional and good at communicating throughout the whole process. This is our second time using them and I would use them again. They took care of everything with the insurance, and made getting a new roof pretty painless.I have been involved in my share of construction projects and it was nice that when something wasn’t going according to schedule, they would reach out and communicate that. We were very happy with using Ark Roofer, for our hail damaged roof. Nick helped us pick out a beautiful color for our roof, that matched perfectly. We decided to do some upgrades along with our new roof. We added a 4 vertical windows door for our garage and painted the trim in Alabaster White, that really updated our home's look. Cynthia was also very helpful with coordinating our Insurance company payments along with going through our additional costs with us. We highly recommend this company for making your new roof and improvements a seamless project!

Arc Roofers are a very professional group. They have replaced my roof three times. In each experience they were very conscientious in preparing for the work and excellent in cleaning up after the job. I haven't experienced any problems with my roof except those created by weather. Luke was very thorough in clarifying expectations in the job and accurate in presenting his estimates. He always returned after the job to inspect and verify satisfaction with their workmanship. I was very comfortable and found it to be a pleasant experience dealing with Luke and Arc Roofers. I would call upon them again for any roofing issues.

I took the plunge and hired Ark Roofer to do a full Roof replacement...and man, was I correct! These guys know their stuff! In a single day, they stripped off, and replaced the roofing with the latest upgrade material on the market. Also including a SOLAR OPERATED HOT AIR EXTRACTION ATTIC FAN. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the work and performance of this roofing contractor...and will hire them again for any reason! They also do the rain gutters if you need some. So, to anyone looking to replace their house Roofing...I recommend you call Jason Rash, (Great Guy) at the Ark Roofer company. He'll come out and take care of your ESTIMATE, as he did for me, and stick with ya until the job is done! Ark also helped guide me through the difficult task of dealing with the insurance adjusters. Incredible! I am thoroughly impressed with Ark Roofer. When I needed to replace the roof on my house, Jake O. helped me and my wife work through the entire roof installation process. Jake's professionalism, deep knowledge, and incredible customer service is the best I've seen in the business, bar none. He had an answer for everything -- from the best type of shingle for our situation, the nuances of the tax rules that we may be able to take advantage of with regards to our solar panels, to the optimal configuration for solar fan ventilation with just the right amount of additional passive ventilation. His knowledge specifically surrounding what types of radiant barriers work best was also impressive as not all roofers in the industry have this detailed level of knowledge in energy efficient construction. Dealing with insurance can be a tricky process, but the Ark team handled it with ease. When the day of the install came around, the roofing team showed up on-time, worked carefully and diligently, and was finished within a single day! The follow-up is on-point, including an inspection by a quality inspector. I cannot recommend Ark Roofer highly enough. These guys are incredible.

Terrible experience. We have been “working “ with ARK roofing for over a year trying to get our roof replaced. Insurance denied it and we were told ARK appraiser was going to take over… for over 9 months we have been waiting for this appraiser to contact us. We have sent multiple text messages to the ARK representative which have mostly been ignored. When they do respond it is to give excuses. We had another roofing company come out and explained the situation.. their opinion is that ARK has gone for the easy insurance roof approvals and pushed us off as too much trouble. In the meantime it’s been over a year and we still haven’t had our roof replaced. I wouldn’t recommend ARK unless you have an easy, quick insurance approval.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience, from the 1st person I spoke to then Jason and his crew. Jason was professional and more importantly he was friendly and kind. It was a stressful time to get my entire roof replaced and I also had water damage inside my house. This was done right before Christmas.Jason made this experience feel like Santa and God we here taking care of me. He walked me through everything that needed to be done like he was family. He explained upgrading and went over the benefits of them. He was never pushing me to do any upgrades and gave me the option of prices. Jason also looked at my insurance and the damage I had inside. Luke was very patient with us as we worked through our options and preferences on materials, and upgrades. The work on our roof was very well done and the install team quickly addressed the minor punch-list items we had to resolve.
