Excellent Roofing Company! From the first new with Shannon, I felt confident that I was choosing the right company to make repairs to and replace shingles and lining on my roof. They worked well with my insurance company and were always helpful in answering my many questions. The work was done properly and professionally very quickly, without incident. Hands down the best roofer in Williamson County! Hall's Roofing & Sheet Metal installed my new roof in 2018. Excellent experience and service. Five years later and a recent storm caused a roof issue, and Shannon came out and took the time to meticulously investigate and determine the exact area of the problem. Don't be fooled by imposters and all of the roofers that have flocked to the area to take your money. If you want a company that's going to be there for you not just today but years down the road, I wouldn't go with anyone else but Hall's Roofing & Sheet Metal. Highly recommend!

No roofing company in central Texas, and perhaps all of Texas has more professional knowledge of roofing and roofs than Hall`s Roofing and Sheet Metal. After all, they have been in business since 1939! A business does not survive that long without all the ingredients of a successful and professional company. My wife and I have used their services for our home and have recommended to friends and neighbors. Hall`s Roofing and Sheet Metal once again will install a new roof shortly on our home, our second roof in 10 years on our home. We will not use anyone else, ever!

In 2009 Halls Roofing installed our metal roof. They did a great job. We just had some siding torn off to replace it and it was going to leave a gap along the roof where our second floor met the roof line. I called them to see if they could come out and give me a quote to install new flashing and extend the roof panel and they gave an excellent quote and started on it right away! It looks great and they did it so quickly that it didn't even slow down our siding installers. Very professional, quality work and done so quickly! We are very happy we went with this company in 2009 and just as happy with them today in 2023!

My insurance company denied the claim for my roof damaged by hail. When I advised Shannon (Hall), she told me not to worry about it and that she would call the insurance company and get them on board. After climbing up on my roof and taking 40 pictures of all the hail damage, she did exactly that. I now have a new roof paid for by my insurance company thanks to Shannon. Good people, great service. Shannon was extremely helpful to make sure we understood all of our options, and in explaining what all they do, how, why, and when. She was honest and straight forward with us from the get-go. The roof is beautiful and we are very pleased with their work! Shannon's detailed explanation of everything made all the difference. Other roofing companies, when placing their bids, did not give us the same helpful information. Hall's has been in business for over 80 years and they know their product and the industry well! In addition, their excellent reputation speaks volumes!!

We have used Hall's on our home, bought in 1975, since about 1981. We have nothing but good things to say about our experiences. We have dealt with two generations of Halls, and everyone we have dealt with has been honest, competent, thorough, and friendly. We would not dream of using any other roofer. But we did, unfortunately, use other roofers prior to finding Hall's and I can't think of a single favorable thing to say about those others. Just suffice it to say that there are grifters in the roofing business, and Hall's is definitely not among them. So glad I had the pleasure of working with Shannon Hall, with Hall’s Roofing. Shannon was very thorough in explaining to me the whole process and she worked directly with my insurance company to reduce the stress on myself and to get everything handled very quickly, which saved my life and my roof! (after the nightmare I personally had with my insurance company, Aegis). My only regret is not getting her involved earlier in the process. My roof was old and needed to be completely replaced especially after a big rainstorm had left an unwanted skylight (Hole!) in my child’s room. After trying to deal with the insurance company by myself, like I mentioned earlier, I reached out to Shannon. Shannon was able to get the insurance nightmare dealt with, she met with the second adjuster that I had scheduled for a second opinion. Within a few weeks my insurance company finally agree to a replacement, not just patch work. Yes, patch work, that’s what they were trying to get away with at first. Fast forward to “new roof day”! Shannon and her team started on the roof just a day after receiving the materials and finished in A DAY!! (we’re talking a new roof in just two days!) I was beyond thrilled to pull into my driveway and see the new roof! To finally have all the hassle of the insurance behind me and the unwanted skylight gone was basically the best day ever! If you ever find yourself needing a new roof or any roof repairs whatsoever, I highly recommend Hall’s Roofing. They did such a spectacular job. Hall’s Roofing even called the next day, to make sure I was happy with the work. My only added advice is call them FIRST and have them help deal with the insurance company, never try and do it yourself. They speak the insurance lingo and understand all too well what the insurance companies try to get away with. I give Hall’s Roofing five- spectacular-stars!! I can not say enough great things about Hall’s Roofing & Sheet Metal in Georgetown, TX. I live in the Dallas area and was having to put a new roof on my mother’s house with no one living in it. I was having to deal with not only replacing the roof remotely, but also fighting with her insurance company (Allstate) to prove hail damage. For three months, Hall’s Roofing made appointments with the insurance adjusters and met them out there FOUR times…once to be told drone’s can’t fly over Sun City to take roof photos (lesson learned!), once to be stood up, once to be told that on a 20 year old roof that there was absolutely no hail damage and finally to get them to agree to hail damage on most of the roof. I was only able to make two of those appointments, but thanks to Shannon Hall and Tabatha Smith I had complete confidence in them fighting for me and showing up to all appointments. And that they did in spades, not just pointing out damage on the roof for two hour increments, but also speaking to the insurance company by phone and providing me with written proof as well. They scheduled the new roof almost immediately, but prior to that they brought me roof samples and provided me with addresses of various roofs they had replaced in Sun City based on the samples I picked out. Finally I went from being down there with an old roof, to coming back on my next visit to a new one! In other words, I did not have to live through the roof replacement because I trusted them to take care of it without me there. It was wonderful using a family owned and local roofing company that has affordable prices! I HIGHLY recommend Hall’s Roofing!

Shannon and Lindsey are great! They pulled out their roofing shoes and climbed up on our steep roof to inspect it. When the insurance adjuster came out Shannon met with him and went through all the damage with him and ultimately we went to patch work only to a full replacement. They did a great job putting metal roofs on my new house and garage several years ago. A 2nd small house on our property needed a roof replacement so I had them install a matching metal roof. They did another great job, with what I consider extra touches. They made sure I had good insulation. They did the roof half at a time to minimize risk from rain. And they cleaned up the site thoroughly when finished. I will definitely use them in the future.

Professionalism. That's the word to describe this company. I got a great quote on a standing seam metal roof. Turns out there was a miscommunication between myself and them, what I wanted wasn't what was what they planned to install. Once this was realized they delayed the job without a second thought, gave me the number of a great framing company, worked with me to get a plumbing company to move a vent stack and even went out of their way to help me on an after hour call to move a trailer just so my wife would have an easier time backing out of our driveway!Never once did they balk at any of my requests, it was always "Customer First!". Done with a genuine smile and a handshake. I proudly recommend Hall's Roofing and will have them work on my property in the future. Shannon, Chris and especially Alan and his dedicated crew are the absolute best!!! You will not find a better company to work with!Hire them and you won't be disappointed!

Hall's put a metal roof on our house five years ago, three years before we bought it. This fall we discovered a leak that was only apparent in extremely heavy rain like we had this year. After some initial communication problems, Hall's came right out and took off the roof to find the problem and fix it. They worked quickly, fixed another minor issue they found, left everything clean and tidy, and were always thoughtful and polite. I have nothing but respect for a company that stands by its work the way Hall's did, and I would happily recommend them.
