The job L & M Roofing did was superb. They came when they said they were going to, right on time and early in the morning. 6 hours later they were finished and you couldn't even tell they had been at my house, replacing my roof. They were efficient, courteous, and cleaned up better than i expected. Amazing crew! I was referred to this company, and i will refer them to anyone and everyone that needs to have their roof replaced. Outstanding job!

Land M Roofs replaced my roof 10 years ago. Everyone on their team is a pleasure to work with. They arrive on time, inform you about the process, and take care of business exactly like they said they would. The cleanup was immaculate. The quality provided was outstanding and the cost was less than expected.On two other occasions since my roof was replaced, I called with potential concerns. They returned free of charge and inspected my roof. One small area was re-shingled free of charge.You can rely on Land M Roofs to take care of you like you would expect everyone to. I will never use another roof company. These guys are the best!!!

We love how the new roof turned out! My insurance made the claim process very difficult, but y'all were with me every step of the way guiding me through all questions I should ask and helping me get as much covered by my insurance as possible. The crew did great work. Very nice, clean, respected my out door pets, and worked very fast. I will recommend L and M Roofs to all my friends.

I couldn't believe how easy it was! L & M is awesome and helped me understand the process. They didn't make a mess or bother anyone. They were also the best price in town by far! Thank you for being so professional. I recommend this company to ANYONE looking for any type of roof repair!UPDATE: I wrote this a year ago when we had a new roof put on a home we were selling and it was the best process. We just had another roof put on our new home and just like before it went perfectly! Lealean and his wife are so easy to work with and in the busiest time after a major hail storm they fit us in! We will never use another roofing company and they will be the first I recommend!

My experience with LandM Roofing was one of the best experiences i have had with a roofing business. The gentleman was very kind and honest about our roof. We requested L and M to evaluate our need to repair / replace, they showed up at no charge. No replacement or repair was necessary. I talked with a few others about my roof and they of course said i need some work but L and M was the only company that was honest with me and this company was the only company that agreed with my insurance adjuster. I would HIGHLY recommend L and M Roofing to everyone who needs a quote / roof repair.

Highly Recommend!This work was done because my neighborhood had a bad Hailstorm and most of the houses had their roofs replaced.Michael Novick, Regional Manager kept me informed, he is a great communicator, polite, very professional, always returned my calls and emails immediately and kept me informed. He always answered many questions no matter how many times I asked. I am someone that has exceedingly grand expectations, Michael and his crew exceeded my expectations. I got several estimates, and I reviewed several contracts before I made the decision to use L and M, I made the right choice.The Warranty for the roof includes:GAF HDZ 50 YEAR ARCHITECTURAL SHINGLES – WIND RATING: 130 MPH.GAF SYSTEM PLUS WARRANTY and 10 Year Labor from L and M (when I was getting estimates I found out not all companies offer this).Daniel did a fantastic job with painting the Fascia, Beams, caulked/sealed and painted back Patio Column. I have L&M working on a project at my home currently. I wouldn't have any other company doing the work. The owners have always been 100% accurate in their finding of repairs and have gone above and beyond when it comes keeping costs reasonable. I am a single Mom with a son, so I don't have an abundance of extra money. Everyone at L&M has worked with me, in every way possible to get my repairs done in a fair and timely manner. Everyone who has worked on my project from carpenters, to roofers have been nothing but helpful, respectful and knowledgeable . The prior post calling this company or it's owners a fraud is absolutely WRONG.

I wouldn't recommend L and M Roofing. They replaced the roof the day before we closed on our home. 4 months later we noticed our roof puckering in places. We had someone come out and say they were going to bring someone else out to take a look at it. After 3 months of making calls, leaving messages, we finally were told that the new roof did not transfer to the new home owners (that being us). We did have another roofer come take a look and he verified that it was definitely a workmanship error. The owner of the company is trying to blame us, saying that we should have inspected the roof before we bought the house. Truth is, it was a brand new roof from a supposedly, "highly reputable company." One would think there wouldn't be any issues and if there were, you would expect this "highly reputable company" to take care of it. Not my idea of standing behind their work.

This owner of L&M Roofing is as crooked as they come. I fear roofers who are out to file insurance claims to make money but I was told no way would this guy do such a thing. WRONG!! He came to my home and he said 100% destroyed and total loss. So of course a week before our house closes I filed a claim on this guys word as I need this corrected asap so the house closes. Of course a 3rd party adjuster came to confirm and this adjuster is paid to find problems. With a $5,000 deductible he should have found enough to make me pay. Regardless he said 100% the roof is fine yes some granule loss for a 10 year old roof but nothing needs fixed. When the adjuster told the roofer and me his findings the roofer took off and sent me a text saying "Stop talking to the adjuster" now why would that roofer want me to stop talking to the adjuster? The roofer wanted me to request a second adjuster and the roofer specifically stated "I will make sure the roof is covered and get your deductible down to nothing, I talk them into this all the time I know how to show them enough problems" OMG red flags. The buyers hired a structural inspector and he said the roof was fine and it didn't need replaced. Wow Mr. Roofer you just got exposed and now insurance companies know who you are. Please watch out for this guy he's in it for himself. Sadly the one who recommended him had to see his true colors, horrible when businesses do this to people. By the way state of Texas roofers are not licensed, Bonded and Insured not required. So your at the mercy of a roofer telling you a new roof is needed, scary.

The end of last year, I decided to make some changes to my life that would help me to get closer to retiring by moving to smaller place. I found one but it was smaller than I wanted and contacted L&M Roofing and Construction about the possibility to increase the size of the bedroom to accommodate a small office area and closet. They did an excellent job for me and kept me involved in every step of the process making sure that what they were doing was what I wanted. The crew was professional and very caring, taking into consideration what a female needs in a closet. They always cleaned up after themselves and checked on me for several months after their job was complete to see if everything was OK. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. While mine was not a very big job, they treated me with the same importance as if it were a million dollar job. As a single Senior Citizen, it is hard to find someone you can believe in to provide you with quality work at a fair price. They also built me a storage shed for those items that I did not want to get rid of but did not have room for in my little cabin the country. Thank you so much!!

Best deal going in town..... great prices, honest, dependable, professional, went overboard making sure our needs were met. Dealt with our Insurance on extra damage and got everything covered for us. There are a zillion fly by night roofers that might work, but these guys are worth the call. Trust me.
