Zane is one of the most honest contractors I have ever worked with, and I used to build custom homes for 12 years. I usually hesitate to endorse contractors, but Zane is one who I have no issues highly recommending and putting my reputation on the line for, because I know he will live up to it. There was an issue with a gutter system from the roof installer that he previously worked with that was going to cost me money to fix and I was going to have to fight with the other contractor to get fixed, when he found out about it he without hesitation said don't worry about it, I will take care of the repair and cost! He didn't have to, he could have easily said go fight with the previous guy, but he didn't, there are very few who would do that. I trust Zane and will continue use him and highly recommend him!

Highly recommend! Zane was so easy to work with. I’ve had a lingering issue with my ceiling that I didn’t know if it was attic or ceiling related. After the wind storm I figured it was time to resolve that and any issues from the storm. Called Zane and two days later he was out and fixed my problem immediately ahead of the upcoming freeze. Also help me from future water damage. Easy to communicate with via text. I would recommend Legacy roof and will be using Zane if I have any other roof needs.

After the crazy wind storm and freeze this year, we lost a few shingles on our roof. We called Zane who came out quickly and he was able to replace the missing shingles, then took photos of the before and after so we could see what was done. He was easy to talk to, transparent, and got it done for a great price. He’s worked on several houses in our neighborhood and I’ve heard nothing but great reviews from those neighbors as well.

These guys are heroes. Winter freeze / snow storm wrecked my trees and we had to deal with some roof damage. If you are looking for a professional roofing company that is focused on the relationship and quality, these are the guys you want on your roof. Some companies wouldn’t even return my call, given the backlog of business from the storm BUT Zane and his crew showed up to give me a quote right after the storm, then unexpectedly went ahead and just knocked out the repairs on the spot! They even helped me remove some remaining branches off my shed. I got a personal walkthrough on my roof with his crew and they showed me examples and what to look for when identifying damage. He took the time to talk to me about ideas for framing out my awning so that I could upgrade it to a new metal roof. They even referred me to someone to frame it out. I know this company does high end jobs as well and probably had big jobs to get to after the storm, but they came out and spent time making sure I was taken care of, treating me like any big paying customer. I highly recommend and can’t say enough about the work they did and especially the people themselves that came out. Top notch all the way! I have future plans for a metal roof and will be using this company in the future. Zane even talked to me about improving my home value- he has extensive real estate background also. Birdcreek Roofing is a huge win and basically saved the day!

A few months ago, intense winds in Georgetown had knocked several shingles off my roof in a short period of time. I cannot say enough good things about Zane. He came out to assess needed repairs and realized that the roof had hail damage. He worked with my insurance company to negotiate roof replacement. Just exceptional service from Zane! I had the wrong dryer vent cover on my roof and needed someone to replace it for me. He answered my call immediately, sent me a price quote shortly after, and did the dryer vent cover replacement all on the same day! I contacted Zane during the Ice Storm to inspect my roof due to numerous large limbs falling from the ice storm. As soon as it was safe Zane and his colleague set up the inspection, they were prompt and professional. Thankfully we did not have any damage to the roof itself, but he did notice our dryer vent needed replacement. Zane quickly found the part and had it replaced. During the few days of heavy rain last week one of our bedrooms showed signs of a leak from the roof. We contacted Zane and he responded immediately and was at our home taking a look the same day to assess the situation. He showed us pictures that he took during his assessment so we were better able to understand what we were dealing with. Zane laid out a plan to make the necessary repairs. We agreed for him to move forward and together we picked the day for him to come and do the repair. On the date we agreed, he was there on time and completed the work in a timely fashion and even spent a few minutes reviewing with us what he worked on. Zane from Birdcreek Roofing gave us an outstanding service. He came to do an investigation and spent a full hour with us to educate us on our roof repairs. He even stopped by when the insurance agent came to do his investigation. We would have not been able to answer any of the insurance agent questions if Zane was not there. I needed some shingles replaced ASAP because we are getting ready to sell our home, and he was over within a couple of hours.
