After I left my bathroom Jacuzzi tub running and it overflowed and flooded the bathroom and bedroom floors at 8p.m. Sunday evening, the call went out immediately to Josh and his Lone Star Restoration Team. Even though they were 40 miles away and it was a Sunday evening, They responded fast. While awaiting their arrival, we quickly moved all furniture and items off the floor and from the room and the affected areas. In about an hour or so, they arrived and were quickly removing the water and preventing further damage from occurring.After 2 1/2 hours later, around 11p.m., my flooding problem was resolved and baseboards were exposed to accelerate drying and also assess the extent of the damage and start the forced air drying process. After 3 days of many air-mover blowers and a large room heater-dehumidifier doing their job, my damage was contained to only the bedroom and hallway carpet. We had no structural wood or sheetrock damage, (Thanks to God) since the water was immediately vacated within 2 hours of the emergency. We decided to have Josh and his crew remove the damaged carpets since we have a concrete foundation. Josh and his quick reaction team at Lone Star Restoration Services surely saved me a lot of additional money by their quick response. I will gladly recommend them to anyone that needs restoration services. They were very professional, used state of the art equipment, and constantly took moisture readings until I was back in safe levels and their drying equipment could be removed. Josh and the Lone Star team are highly recommended! They are very thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. We had a persistent leak that two prior roofing companies couldn't find. Lone Star was the first company to finally discover the source of the leak. They got in there and replaced all the waterlogged parts, applied new spray foam, and used the existing shingles to put it all back together like new.Thank you, Lone Star!

Josh was very professional and transparent doing initial assessment, executing demo, monitoring drying and delivering a comprehensive report to our insurance company. Josh and Lone Star team was onsite removing flooring, some drywall and baseboards for a day. Very skilled and courteous team. I almost never leave reviews, but am making an exception for Lonestar Restoration Services. We suffered a frozen-pipe burst on 1/17/24. Despite being inundated with similar calls, Kevin Zimmerman and Josh Psaila showed up as quickly as humanly possible. They were extremely professional, respectful of our home, and knowledgeable. They also engaged us, making sure we understood all aspects of the damage and what it was going to take to fix it. I especially appreciated their honesty; even though the damage was covered by our insurance their pricing was still fair, you can't say that about very many companies these days!I whole-heartedly recommend Lonestar Restoration Services if you suffer water or other damage to your home and want the peace of mind that it's going to be mitigated right.

During the recent freeze over Christmas time, we had a pipe in the ceiling burst. Because Josh and his team were working overtime, they were able to come out quicker than anyone else.
