Netzel Roofing was the first and will be my only roofing company I will ever work with. They did my home in Killeen that I sold it was a great experience, which made me go with them the 2nd time, and just like the first house I was not let down. Matt was the absolute best, Crystal was awesome. Everyone was professional and the company as a whole was the best. They fought the insurance company for us, which took off the pressure, and made this whole experience a good one. Thank you Matt, and I hope I don't have to call you anytime soon, but if I do knowing that Nerzel will be there for me makes is ok.I would recommend this company over and over Netzel Roofing, why choose someone else.

I love this company & the people who run it! We had Netzel Roofing come to our home in the Spring of 2023 to give us an estimate on a new roof, fast forward to Spring of this year, 2024 - I reached out again and they were able to locate an existing file for our property even though we didn’t move forward with the work the year prior!Within about a week of contacting Matt & Crystal to get work started - we had a new roof that makes my heart & wallet very happy. The installation took less than 6 hours to complete and Matt made me feel comfortable with the quality of the work the entire way.Matt & Crystal’s communication was thorough and fast. We felt taken care of the whole way through - If you don’t give them a call to at least see what they can offer you, you’re making a mistake.

I recently hired Netzel Roofing & Construction, owned by Matt and Crystal, for a complete roof replacement, gutter replacement, and detach/reattach of my solar panels.Matt, with his extensive roofing experience, made the entire project smooth and effortless. He planned everything meticulously and executed it with precision. The end result was flawless, surpassing all my expectations.Crystal, on the other hand, took care of all the discussions with my insurance company. She handled the paperwork and made sure everything went smoothly. The quality of the roof replacement was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the result.The roofing lead was, Alfredo. He kept a very clean jobsite and the work speaks for itself. He and his team are masters of their craft.Javier and his crew handled the gutter replacement. Their crew arrived first thing in the morning and by 10AM they had it wrapped up! I couldn't believe how quickly they completed the gutters and their craftsmanship is second to none.I must give a special shout-out to Netzel Roofing's solar panel lead, Dillon. As someone who had invested significantly in solar panels, this area held particular concern for me. However, from our initial conversation, it was evident that Dillon had a profound understanding of his craft and a genuine passion for his work. He took the time to educate me on proper panel maintenance and explained the upgrade from the traditional lag bolt into the stud to the newer, more versatile mounts. These new mounts offer a wider base, enhanced stability, and eliminate the need for stud bolting. Above and beyond!Before and After pics for reference. Matt Netzel and his crew are amazing!I very apprehensive to get my roof replaced. I have had several contractors come by leave cards and fliers and none of them had the professionalism that I got from Matt. I was upfront about my concerns with insurance matters and work completion and he was upfront and professional. The office staff is amazing,Crystal has handled everything with my insurance and went to bat when they tried to throw some.curve balls and knocked em out of the park. I can't recommend Netzel roofing enough. They provided the kind of service that you just don't see that often any more. This crew is amazing and care about their customers. Everyone in our neighborhood was getting their roof replaced by Netzel Roofing, so we were curious. Matt made a great first impression, assured us that he was our “ride or die” and would see it through with us even with a difficult insurance company. Indeed it was a long battle, initially being declined by the insurance. Matt and Rich both advocated for us and made markings on the roof multiple times due to the insurance company rescheduling their appointments. The guys at Netzel went to bat for us, and the day finally came that we had the roof replaced. Rich McCoy was the project manager and made us feel like friends and family, not just customers. The only hiccups had to do with deciding the gutter color and getting the gutters put back on, but these were very minor. We’ll gladly recommend Netzel to our friends!

Wow. We have had to have our roof repaired 3 times in the last 4 years because we are in a wind tunnel. When hail and wind brought damage a 4th time, I was fed up. I tried out Netzel and you guys, I couldn’t be more thrilled. My insurance AGAIN tried to just call for repairs, even though Matt showed total loss. So you know what he did? He went up there with the insurance adjuster and meticulously pointed out every issue. Needless to say, one hour later and the adjuster was handing me a check for a full replacement. They are thorough, professional, and very helpful. I felt like they were in my corner to ensure I was getting my biggest investment taken care of. And now my house looks even better than before and my neighbors are jealous! So, if you’re shopping around, congratulations: you’re done now because you found it!

Couldn't be happier with them. They came when they said they would, finished in a timely manner, and there were no hidden or unexpected costs. Matt is very friendly and will walk you through any insurance estimate so you completely understand. He even came when the insurance guy came to make sure everything was covered. They are also very clean and organized.Matt was great at communication from the field perspective, and Crystal always had quick response for any matter regarding the financials. I have used Netzel Roofing for my new construction house, which has gutter on the front portion only. I had the gutter installed on all sides of my house now. Matt was very professional. Once I had appointed with him, he showed up on time and did the measurements and also provided some suggestions on what can be done better in front portion of gutter, which was already other. If i could give this guys 1000 stars i would. Rich and Matt are hands down the best people i have done business with. Responsable, reliable and very flexible to work with. They took care of my roof that was severe damaged by a lot of hail. Mind you my house is only 5 years old the shingles where so cheap that they didn’t last the 20 years that they are supposed to last. This guys use top of the line shingles that do really last by its reviews of people that have it. If you need your roof worked I highly encourage you to give this guys a call.
