After we had significant hail damage (baseball size from the tornado) we called Max and had him come by and do a roof inspection. He responded the next day and confirmed the damage. We notified the insurance company. Max (plus 1 other) were here when the adjuster showed up and they went over the damage together. When the adjuster decided that only part of the roof was damaged, Max was a great help when we appealed the decision. He came out and took more pictures as evidence of the additional damage. We finally got a second adjuster and Max came back out and went over the damage with him. This time we got the whole roof approved. When we finally got the check, Premier promptly sent out Marty to explain the whole process and answer all our questions. Another great individual. The roofers showed up a week later and they did an awesome job. Great bunch of guys to work with. We are extremely happy with the job . Would definitely hire them again. The representatives Max Hosch was very helpful and explained the roofing materials. While we had several other roofers trying to get our business they all failed to follow through with our insurance. If you need to get your roof inspected/Repair/Replaced for wind/hail damage I highly recommend using Premier Plus Storm Team. I worked with Jason Wiebelhaus from start to finish and he was the upmost professional and was very attentive to me and my family when we had question about the whole process. Doing business with Premier Plus Storm Team was very pleasant. Jason Wiebelhaus the storm damage inspector was very knowledgeable and informative about their business and service. Everything he told me they would do they did. Michael Cullis came out to get pictures with a drone and was also very helpful in explaining damage to the roof. And Marty Roberts the GM was great in explaining the entire process of what materials they use in replacing the roof, also in scheduling the work to get done in a timely manner. The work crew was that put the roof on was great too, very efficient and job well done. Would use them again if I ever have to have a roof replaced again. Recently we had this company replace our roof and they did a wonderful job. Brooks was constantly keeping us updated on the progress with our evaulation on the roof and Marty was at our house the day the insurance inspector came out to evaulate to help with our case. Once insurance approved the roof Marty was quick to get the job done. The day of the job both Marty and Brooks came by to make sure everything went smoothly. After all was done Marty came back out cleaned up anything that was left and made sure we were happy. Great company that uses the best material. Our new roof is fantastic!

Brooks Pepper, I thought the guy was kidding when he told me his name, but then he pulled off his Aggie Ring and showed me that was the name inscribed inside the ring! Anyway, Brooks was driving down the one-block street my house is on and saw my roof. I asked him what he was doing and he said, "Dude, your roof is in the worst shape I've ever seen, maybe". Another guy had told me that several months before and wanted to help me file a claim with my insurance company. So we did. First ... well no, never mind the prequel to Brooks' appearance. Bottom line, the other guy failed to get anything done about the roof. I explained all that to Brooks but instead of leaving, he asked if I minded if he tried his hand at getting me a new roof. Readers' Digest version, I okayed it and Brooks did the rest! He was amazing! He took pictures of it from the ground and from his drone and accompanied the insurance adjuster on the roof to insure the dude saw how really bad it was up there, plus he mentioned some water leakage showing on the kitchen ceiling. BTW, he checked my solar ventilation fan at my request while up there, and assured me it was working. Brooks convinced the adjuster of the utter necessity of replacing my roof. Next thing I knew I was picking out Premier Plus shingles. But there was a problem--my wife, Mary Beth, was at a Bible Study at church and I would never make a shingle decision without her. Not a problem for Brooks. We went to the church and my wife and I made our decision. If you read all the previous reviews about how great several other Premier Plus guys are, well Brooks' performance equaled or exceeded every one of them! And every aspect of the entire process of roof replacement was done in the most professional manner. Up on the rooftop one more time, Brooks inspected all the work and found it met or exceeded Premier Plus's standards. He even made sure the Direct TV repairman plugged up the holes when they had to relocate my satellite dish. And of course, he rechecked the solar fan--it was still working, though not as hard with the wonderful Premier Plus Ridge Vent in place. Also, a word of thanks for a job well done goes to Michael Cullins and Joe the Iowan, enjoying a typical Texas winter day of 75 degrees.Thanks for reading my way-too-long review. It is with pleasure I have an opportunity to give a 5 star rating to Premier Plus Storm Team. All my expectations were met in communication, knowledge of product and services, and last but not least, follow up. Max Hosch was great to answer all my questions, explain the process in terms I understood, followed through on the next steps to be accomplished and always with a respectful attitude-never making me feel silly when I asked so many questions. Behind every star employee is a supportive manager, Michael Cullis ( Hope I spelled that right). My new roof has improved the appearance of my house 100%. Some venting improvements were incorporated! Clean up was thorough. They exceeded my expectations and made sure my wind chimes and plants were carefully managed to prevent any damages. I will use Premier in any future applicable needs. Kudos!!

As first time home owners, we had never filed an insurance claim or knew where to start or the whole process. These guys are great! Start to finish. The attention to detail and working with my insurance company (never easy) made the roof replacement incredibly easy. The roof looks awesome. Our roof was damaged extensively during the 4/12 tornado. Max and his team were in the area surveying a family members home with a drone and offered his services to the neighborhood via Facebook. I text Max and he responded within 40mins. He and Marty arrived same day to evaluate the roof.In the end, the roof needed to be replaced. All said and done the roof was replaced in 6 weeks time.Max and his crew were extremely professional but relatable. Every member took their time and either did AWESOME work or answered my silly questions. I will use Max and Premier Plus for all of my roofing needs!

The team worked together with me from start to finish. They surveyed the roof, both in person and with a drone; helped me contact my insurance company and were present when the insurance rep did his survey; provided pictures and documentation, scheduled the shingle replacement and due to inclement weather, rescheduled, and then completed the roof work (stripping the old and replacing with the agreed upon new all in one day. They then cleaned up and removed all debris. There were two follow-up visits from the project supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction. A recent hailstorm in our city left many roofs Damaged and so it opened up doors for way too many roof companies to come in and pick up the work we get requests from many companies to do the inspection and repair but we were not comfortable with many of them but when Jason Wiebelhaus from premiere plus storm team came they went through with us the whole process in a detail manner and once the whole process started it went very smooth they were very professional and even insisted on replacing the damaged plants I am glad we choose them on other companies.Service: Roof installation
