Zach, Kevin and TXN Roofing are Rock Stars. I contacted my insurance company 6 months after one of the Austin Texas severe hail storms to see if my roof was damaged and needed to be replaced or repaired. I saw that almost my entire neighborhood were getting their entire roof's replaced. My insurance company sent out a claims representative and then they told me most of the damage was cosmetic and would cost slightly less than the 1% deductible to repair. I decided to give up on pursuing replacing my roof or the repairs. Then I was recommended TXN Roofing by a close friend of mine. I decided I would give it one more try so I called them up. Lo and behold a human being answered the phone. Zach was extremely pleasant, outgoing and informative. He helped guide me the entire way through the process of contacting the my insurance company to get a second opinion. This time by my own contractor TXN Roofing. Within a few weeks Zack and team got my insurance company to agree to a full roof replacement. The insurance company payed for everything less my 1% deductible per my policy. Everyone at TX in Roofing his professional and top-notch their professional crew had my entire roof completely replaced including new gutters in one day. The job was amazing and they cleaned up the mess, hauled off the old shingles and gutters, as well as cleaned after themselves. I can't say enough about this company they truly made a painful process very pleasant and easy going. I recommend TXN Roofing 110%.

I wish I could give a 10 star review. I can not express how grateful we are for Kevin and Zach. We had a leak that caused major damage to our house. My wife and I were 2100 miles away but TXN responded fast and came out on a Friday afternoon to help assess the damages. Not only did they act quickly to mitigate the damages, they helped us navigate the knock out drag out claim we had with our insurance company for almost a year. Their experience with handling and negotiating claims was invaluable.TXN is professional, trustworthy, and highly responsive with communication. Having TXN on our side gave us piece of mind as we had to endure the stress of a rebuild and a nightmare claim all the while being 2100 miles away.Shortly after this claim our roof was damaged from a hail storm. If there is one word to describe Kevin and Zach, it is integrity. That really shows through in their business as well. They have great straightforward and honest communication about everything that is going to happen. They even went above and beyond doing some other small fixes on my home that wasn't in their scope! When it comes to work being done on my home, I am extremely picky, as I am in a related industry (Building Science) I know that most contractors don't provide the quality that they say they will. Not only have Kevin and Zach been patient with me about particular construction details, they have been excited to meet and exceed my (high) expectations. I will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

We were hit by a tornado on March 21, 2022. They were fast to respond and covered what remained of our roof. They replaced our roof with 30 year shingles and 3/4 inch plywood. It looked beautiful. Fast forward to September 24, 2023. We were hammered by a thunderstorm with hail. I called them to inspect the roof and they were out within 24 hours. NOT A SINGLE DIVOT! These guys do great work and I love how they treat their customers!

TXN Roofing handled the remodeling of our house before we sold it this year. They did: exterior carpentry and paint; interior paint in all rooms, including kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, doors, and baseboards; removed a ceramic tile floor and installed laminate flooring; electrical system updates to bring system to code.Their prices were fair, they got everything done when they said they would, and their work was excellent.
