I’m very happy with the Work Chris and his Team has done for us. We have a brand new room that looks simply beautiful! Chris’ Team arrived on time, were very friendly, and very professional. In less than a day I had a new roof fully installed and they left my yard, debris free; probably better than when they started😊. The thing that impressed me the most is that they did not take short cuts like the previous roof installers. It was also very affordable. I received many quotes but I truly feel choosing Urtiz Roofing & Waterproofing was the smartest decision. I believe Chris’ company slogan is spot on “Built Different,” in the most professional and amazing way!

Christopher and the team at Urtiz did an incredible job with our roof. It was recently damaged during a hail storm, and it was our first time ever having to file an insurance claim. Christopher was there every step of the way, from initial inspection to the completion of the job. What i liked most was that Christopher was always responsive and always showed up when he said he would. His crew was professional and went the extra mile trying to clean up after the service. Christopher Urtiz did a good job on our roof repair and gutter cleaning. Appreciated the photos of his work as most of us can’t /don’t access our roofs to check out completed work. . He was dressed neatly and clean and was well spoken. Chris he was able to gave me a same day estimate and was able to get me on the schedule for the actual install within days. Chris has done multiple very detailed inspections of my roof after hail storms. I had his team repair areas that were damaged by hail and they were fast, professional and Chris even gave me photos of the roof afterwards so that I could see the before and after result. After the tornado tore through our neighborhood, he immediately came and inspected my roof and thoroughly explained the damage as well as the claim process. His team completed the new roof installation and gutter installation in one day each. Chris is a great communicator and was very responsive throughout the entire process. At the end of installation, his crew did a great job with clean up and he even did an inspection of the clean up himself. I havent found a single nail in my yard since they completed the job. Great reliable company. The owner was prompt to arrive when he said he would, was very professional, inspected my roof and gave me honest recommendations (not just what was expensive). Then they actually followed up with me. I agreed to the recommended repair, and they were out here within a couple of days to get it done. I then received photos of all the repairs when completed. This was a great experience, we had roof damage from the big snow/ice storm of 2021 and needed a contractor that we could trust, and who would work with our insurance. Chis was fantastic! He took pictures and video during the inspection, he worked with our claim department, he and his crew were curious, professional, and really took great care with our property. I was concerned about my plants getting some damage, but Chris made sure that his team stayed clear of the plants, and then he did a walk around with me afterward, just to make sure. He was also very careful to get all of the nails etc up off the ground when the job was complete.They finished in one day, and, on Chris's suggestion, we have much better venting to our attic now.
