We were in the process of selling a property and needed a new roof because of hail and wind damage. Denny came out promptly and inspected. He was so nice to work with— explained the process, dealt with the insurance company. Everything was transparent. The BEST part for us was how quickly Vertical was able to complete our project so our closing was not delayed. The buyers were happy with the result. This experience was probably as good as it gets in the roofing business. I will call Vertical next time we need a roof on a build or repair.

After February 21, 2022, storm damage to my roof in Graham, I requested Vertical Roofing to inspect my roof. They found considerable damage which I couldn’t see from the ground and recommended replacement.My new roof was replaced in April with a class 4 rated roof along with the gutters.The cleanup afterwards was well done.After the replacement with a class 4 my Allstate insurance policy rate was reduced by approximately 46%.I fully recommend Vertical Roofing if you have need for your home.Services: Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof installation

Took wind damage at my home in the metroplex during the March 2nd storm. Extent of damage was not evident till sunrise on the 3rd and I called Denny Berend, who had previously put 3 new roofs on for me near Graham and I thought had left the business, to see if he would recommend Vertical Roofing. Denny promptly returned my call, told me he was Regional Manager for Vertical in Graham. He remembered the 3 previous roofs and then told me he would be at my reidence no later than the next day, a 90 mile drive for him. Denny came, performed temporary repairs, inspected the roof and told me he'd like to be present when the adjuster performed his inspection, which he later attended and assured a thorough inspection. Some of my neighbors are arguing with their insurance companies, while mine didn't blink or dispute any of the damage reported as "your're using a reputable roofing company". I'm retired however contracted/dealt with roofers as part of my job and I've found Vertical to be in a class of their own in planning, explaining how the work will be accomplished and delivering the project as promised with a level of competence and integrity that is rare indeed.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation
