Patti and I did our researching on the builders in the Granbury area to construct our dream retirement home on our Lake Granbury. Even though there were many capable ones, we did not feel we found “that” company. That changed as one day we found a house being built on Granbury Golf course. Each week I would golf and watch this house go up. It was so beautiful and unique. I took Patti to see it and she was amazed at the quality and creativity of this house. We researched the builder and found the builder to be All Over Solutions and contacted them though the HOUZZ website.We asked AOS for a similar design. They agreed to make our dream design and build our home. We met BJ Oliver, Heather Edwards, AND Matt Holder at the initial meeting. Heather was dazzling and helped us design our dream home from this existing plan. BJ was creative and so knowledgeable. He suggested things we absolutely loved. We wanted a farmhouse and redeveloped this existing plan to make it ours. They were so willing to make every change and satisfy our desires in a new home. The day finally arrived…we signed a contract a date to start the home on our lot. The agreement spelled out everything with every detail included. There were no hidden costs. AOS did a fantastic job. They led us through this entire building process.The building process started and AOS started a fb page (Farmhouse on the Lake) for us and friends to watch the progress of the house. They did a fantastic job of staying on schedule and staying on budget. The pre-cost work sheet budget was so accurate matching what we were spending. Six months later we had a finished lakeside farmhouse – our dream homeWe now have an AOS farmhouse-- we absolutely love it! High ceilings, open concept, and modern huge lakeside living area for outdoor living are a few of our favorites. A beverage center with reclaimed railroad bottoms make countertops for the cabinet/shelf area for coffee, sodas, soft drinks and wine are near the back French doors. The kitchen design is functional and beautiful …our friends say it looks like it is out of a magazine. AOS have thought of every detail. Even our dog Maisy has her private entrance through the office area in a weatherproof door to the back yard.We learned AOS was voted as “Best in Hood County” when they started are project. That was no surprise. Their flexibility was phenomenal as we changed and tweaked many things in this process. They have a great staff that does not “miss a beat.” Heather is and BJ are magnificent as well as project managers -- Matt and Chito. They were great communicators…there were no surprises as we were informed all though out the build. Thank you AOS for building such a great home…you are all quality and Patti and love you all.

We had a AOS home built on the lake and totally loved it. When we decided to move to Pecan Plantation 3 years later, we knew AOS was the only company to make our new house plans. Heather and BJ outdid themselves to give us the best plans possible to match what we wanted, They were so creative and "in tune" to what we wanted. They studied the lot and the covenants and made sure we were able to make the house would match the lot with a lot of functionality and curb appeal. Heather was incredible and efficient at putting together the plans we wanted, BJ was so creative and had an brilliant eye for what we wanted. They totally went that extra mile to service us. The team at All Over Solutions had quite a task when it came to designing and planning our business building in an existing 140 year old building that needed significant work and additions as well as extensive outside design. They did a fantastic job, were a delight to work with and delivered for significantly less that what we thought the job would cost. i highly recommend them to anyone looking for architectural and design work as well as construction management.
