Roy was hands on through out the whole process…from talking with the claims adjuster, bring me numerous samples to select from along with gutter colors. His advice was spot on. Roy is very responsible, as are the men who did the actual roofing. Roy and his team are here for the homeowner.He began by meeting our insurance adjuster at our home and went through the inspection with him. Then sat down and throughly explained all the information with my husband and myself. Roy is here when the workers are on the premises . All the workers were pleasant , checked on things , did a great job cleaning up and trying to make sure they got all the nails picked up.
