We have hired Kevin and his team for many projects over the past few years.1 They have created a rustic accent wall in our living room with barn wood. This included a short hallway that branches from that wall. It required many custom cuts to complete the look. At the same time they installed white shiplap siding on 2 of the other walls.2. They have installed wall paper in our kitchen.3. LHM&M has rebuilt the hand rails on our back deck and front porch. They also built a ramp to our front porch replacing the steps that were there.4. They have come to seal the roof after a storm damaged it.5. They have installed a metal roof on our house. My neighbor was so impressed she hired them to put steel roofing on her boat house and party dock.6. While installing the metal roof they removed an old leaky skylight and repaired the damage from it. The ceiling in that room is perfect. There's no indication of the previous skylight.7. The most impressive work item Kevin and his team have done for us was to build a platform for a new wood stove. It's made of rock with shiplap seating beside it. We're waiting on the wood stove to arrive for Kevin and Sam to install that.Overall I can say that Kevin has been a very reliable and invaluable partner in the renovation of our home.Services: Tile work installation, Cleaning, TV mounting, Paint indoors, Remodeling, General repairs, Drywall installation, Drywall repair

I don't usually write reviews, but in LHM&M's case I decided to make an exception! I've used their services multiple times over the last two years and have had great results. Example: My HW heater quit on a Wednesday evening, called Kevin the next morning at 8 AM... 90 minutes later he was on my driveway with a new replacement...two hours later I had my HW back! If you need handyman services don't look any further than LHM&M! On time, on the money, great craftsman!

I called LHM&M for a quote on repairing my fence. We set up a time for him to come look at it. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He gave me a reasonable price for the repairs. Kevin and his crew did an exceptional job remodeling our office space. He recommended quality materials at good price points that we wouldn't have been able to get without them. Brought us paint samples to make sure we picked the right color for our offices. They worked fast without compromising quality and have continued to use their service since. From mounting TV's on the wall and putting a plug in behind the TV so it looked professional and cords did show running down the wall to the plug in. Put up our signage out front. In the process of building a privacy fence and a custom bar inside the office that is already starting to look amazing. We will continue to use Kevin and his team cause they do a great job and provide tremendous value for the quality of work that gets done.

First, we want to start off by saying that LHM&M offers many great services. My wife and I are very pleased with the work that was done in our home. From getting Formica counter tops and stainless steel sinks installed to getting our plumbing, kitchen, and restroom done as well. They were very neat and professional and cleaned up to make it look impeccable. They notified us of any changes within the project to ensure we were getting what we wanted within the projected time frame. Mr Ledezma came out and painted the great hall and couple rooms and the guest bathroom in my house. Mr Ledezma's team did a great job painting three colors and staining all the wood trim in the house. He paid attention to detail. I'v also used him on other small jobs.

I just want to start off by saying that these people do a poor job. They were hired to paint my walls and they got paint on everything including my washer and dryer oh yea even my tv. Smh anyone who call these guy be careful they will do a poor job just to get paid and when you call them they will say they don’t know what your talking about and hang up the phone. Do not hire these guys for any type of job the are a rip off.
