Update 2/2/24 - I have worked with TDR for years on our roof but when I heard they do outdoor patio extensions, I knew I had to reach out to them. Everything from managing and setting the right expectations, communication throughout the project, material quality, work site cleanliness and overall satisfaction was 11 out of 10. Not only did it meet our expectations but it completely exceeded them.The entire team at Texas Direct Roofing was exceptional start to finish, and that's an understatement! Responsive from the very first call to the last and efficient throughout assisting with insurance and repair. Working with Texas Direct Roofing was a breeze and a savior! It took 6 months of pressuring our insurance company to get what we needed. Rob Duke was my rep and he was so informative and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Having never had to submit a claim through home insurance before, I was unsure how this process was going to go. When push came to shove, Rob's expertise really helped us get what we needed. He knew we had enough damage even when our insurance said no the first time and he educated us on our options. We were able to keep pursuing the claim and in the end, we won. Rob saved us thousands of out of pocket costs and we now have a beautiful new roof! His roofing team did a fantastic job and they were really efficient. In and out in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I'd recommend TX Direct Roofing to everyone!

Who doesn’t get nervous about dealing with roofing contractors? Who can you trust to do a great job and make everything easy for you? It’s not easy, especially after a big storm when “roofers” come out of the woodwork and start banging on your door. Texas Direct Roofing is definitely one of the good guys! They were there when the insurance adjusters came out. They provided a fast estimate, answered all our questions, and got the job done in a single day. The quality of the new roof is impressive. Co-owner Jerrimy Ferris made sure we were 100% satisfied with every part of the job (roof, gutters, paint) and was super helpful during the entire process. I would definitely recommend calling Texas Direct if you think you need a new roof, or for any of the other work they do.

I highly recommend them. I had two different roofing companies work with my insurance with no success. I decided to pay for my roof. So, I got three quotes before I met Rob. Rob encouraged me to meet with my insurance company again. He worked with my insurance, where my insurance covered my roof. Rob oversaw the crew that replaced my roof. The crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. I mean till finish. They made sure my property was free of debris. They even made themselves available to ensure my neighbor's yards were free of construction debris.

Great service with a "we care attitude." All my neighbors who also had roofs replaced were amazed that not only did they finish a larger roof in one day, they did it with cleanliness in mind... my neighbor spent 2 days fishing nail with a magnet out of his yard after his roofing company left.. I have a larger roof and also had gutters replaced and a porch built and think I only found 5 nails. They also are big help navigating complicated insurance situation.

Texas Direct Roofing & Construction did a great job! Matt came by saw I needed a new roof after the hail storm and helped me through the entire process. He even helped out with getting some other areas repaired as well although the (separate) contractor bailed out of the job. Matt is a good honest salesman who does his clients right and I cannot recommend him and Texas Direct enough.

I have dealt with a ton of contractors over the last several years of being a homeowner, and Texas Direct has been the easiest to deal with by a long shot. They made the whole process, from start to finish, so easy and painless for us. Insurance tried to make it difficult, and Texas Direct took over and made it a breeze. Nathan is a fantastic rep and I built a lot of trust in him because he has been to my house over the last 3 years saying he could get my roof replaced, but it wasn’t necessary and for me to save the money and get more time out of my roof. That says a lot about someone when they could fill their pocket from another job, but have the respect and ethics to be honest and make the homeowner’s best interest a priority. My new roof looks amazing and they knocked it out in less than a day. Workers were very respectful and attentive to my property and belongings as well. I couldn’t recommend them more, and will gladly refer them to anyone looking for a roofer or contractor as I also found out they do upgrades around the house as well. If you have chosen to use Texas Direct roofing you should have an inspection done of your roof. I was completely dissatisfied with the quality of the roof replacement. I have had my roof inspected and was asked if they used old shingles due to the extensive wear on the shingles. I have documented nail pops, cut shingles, and poor installation. I am requesting a new roof. I have also scheduled Owens Corning to come out to verify there is no defect with the shingles and that the damage was created by Texas Direct Roofing. This business is top notch!With the past few storms we had on consecutive Sundays this past June 2019, we experienced some leakage from our roof into our bedroom ceiling when some shingles had been blown off our home.Having resorted to needing an immediate request for help, I searched the BBB website for local roofing contractors with a good history of customer service being among the various criteria for contact. This would prove to be the best thing I did for our home. Among others displayed was TX Direct Roofing. I used the BBB online tool to contact all the selected contractors and the last one I contacted was TX Direct. Two others replied and could not get to me until later in the week and the first to contact me by phone was TX Direct.As luck would have it, I was talking to the office when the Project manager, Aaron Woodhouse walked in and said he could be here in 15 minutes. Upon his arrival in a marked pickup truck, Aaron went to work immediately to secure the sections of roof exposed, estimate the amount of repair to be done (in this case replaced) and proceeded to help me contact my insurance company to file a claim and get the process to fix the roof started.This is where it took the longest to get accomplished along with an estimator on site later that week to give the insurance company his best estimate of damage. After all said and done and the length of time it took just to get approval, I decided we waited too long and were at risk for further damage so we decided to replace the roof since it was not done well, was 10 years old and we probably wouldn't meet the 2% deductible. Again, TX Direct stepped in and the next week we got a new roof, 30 year quality shingles and a good warranty from Certain-teed and TX Direct in repair labor.The project went well with Hector from M&G Construction doing the hard part of the roofing install and especially in 90+ degree heat. We had little damage from falling tiles and nails and cleanup was as described in the estimate contract as well as covering our AC units we recently installed in 2017 at great cost, so our investment was protected. The materials installed were of better quality than the previous roofers 10 years ago and the shingles heavy and solid. The replacement roof was finished within the time frame specified and now looks great on the home. The vents pipes were painted to match the roof, the turbines work effortlessly and silently as opposed to a neighbors that doesn't move at all and when they do they screech!We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. TX Direct's project manager Aaron Woodhouse was all that the BBB review report said and more. He really cared about our satisfaction and putting any fears about the install to rest. I must say that Hectors' installers were always gracious and in this heat, doing a good job can really be a chore and my wife and I want them to know we will be using them in fall projects I have in line for TX Direct to manage.Greg & Bobbe

Well here's another 5 star to add to these - Texas Direct Roofing & Construction took on a reconstruction project in my home after our experiencing a major slab leak in December 2022. They took on State Farm in our behalf. After Many points of negotiation between them and State Farm they succeeded in getting them to basically double the original insurance assessment of damage and reimbursements for said damage. ...They fought the battles with State Farm, we did not have to get involved at all after Tx Direct became involved. Now the most important part of this review that you as a potential future customer are interested in... They were top notch in every respect! They made clear prior to starting exactly what was going to be done, how it was going to be done, and made sure that we understood 'the plan' and agreed to it. Then they Did what they Said they were going to do, and did it with pride of a Job Well Done to the same level they would expect within their own home! We are happy, very, that it is all completed - after all these months of fighting with the insurance company and the search for a quality, top line company to Do the work. ..And, one other thing that is Important to me and should be for every homeowner - Tx Direct Has All the various insurances for doing business which directly protects their customers. They carry Active policies covering Workman's Comp, Construction Liability ins., and the necessary licenses necessary to do business within the local cities. Jamie Walker was the project manager who worked with us throughout - Great, caring, Detailed individual and manager. I was an engineer before I retired - meaning am a detail, Detail person. Jamie is likewise.

I have nothing but praise for this company!! They have been the best company we have ever dealt with in regards to our home. Even better than the builder who built our home!Our project manager Rob Duke has been outstanding in answering all out questions, flexible in our requests for scheduling conflicts.The roofing crew we had all deserve praise as well. They were helpful and very polite and pleasant to me when I had questions.I am looking forward to working with them if I ever need any other work done at my home.Their warranty is one of the best and their choice of color is very good. My neighbor also hired them and they were able to put down a blue roof on the grey brick house, looks really good.

Had a large hailstorm that caused damage to many homes and businesses in in my zip code of 76108. Hired Jerrimy of Texas Direct Roofing & Construction to restore the damage. His team was able to schedule all the needed services and even got the insurance company to approve the claim in a timely manner. They replaced the roofing, did fence staining, replaced gutter and repainted my ceiling before many of my neighbors even started their repairs. Hopefully won't need storm repairs again, but would hire Texas Direct Roofing & Construction again.

If you are considering in getting your roof replaced then Texas Direct Roofing and Construction is your goto company. When I started my research I used the Dallas Country reports booklet they send you every year. I thought I would review them and select a few, I did they came out, tried to hustle me and then I decided to use google. I selected a couple more companies to provide estimates and ended us selecting this company as when Justin came out to estimate the job he was very professional and described the overall process and had an id-depth understanding of all the project phases. I did challenge him as to their credentials in which BBB is one of many, but the deal was brokered on Justin's professionalism and overall business demeanor. They also do everything electronically which is a big plus. Their teams that responded were very courteous, ontime, and professional. And that was especially pleasing as they do it right. The after the job was done, Justin made sure everything was back to normal and of the highest quality. I would recommend Justin and his team to anyone and am glad I selected this company. The photos illustrate a quality product and you can see the attention to detail.
