The entire team at Castillo Roofing is A+, 5-STARS! From Jazmin at the beginning of our conversations and who kept us informed of everything and helped us with the financing process to Kevin and his inspection of our roof (which by the way our Allstate roof inspector agreed with Kevin’s assessment and recommendations of what needed to be done to our roof, compared to the other roofers that came by) and of course the roofers themselves who did a great job on the repairs, very courteous, reliable and knowledgeable of their work! And cleaned up all the mess! I would recommend this roofing company to everyone!

When my roof was damaged from a storm, the team at Castillo Roofing were very helpful with the whole thing. From start to finish was a very quick process. The staff were great helping with the insurance side of it as well. The guys on site were great and did an awesome cleanup job. If you’re in need of a roof, I recommend you save yourself the trouble and contact Castillo and Co Roofing. For two weeks, I researched several companies and compared, not only the estimates, but the quality of products they had to offer. Kevin, a sales rep for the company, came to my house and brought samples of the Atlas shingle we decided to purchase. Once they started the project, Kevin and Mr. Chris Castillo, ensured quality work and exceptional customer service.I could’ve replaced my roof by a company a lot cheaper than Castillo and Co Roofing but I would rather pay a little bit more for quality materials, better service, and great warranties rather than to be looking up at my ceiling every time it rains.Services: Attic venting, Roof installation

We met with several different roofing companies from across the RGV to receive quotes for our new roof. Out of all the interactions we had, Castillo Roofing stood out from the rest.. by far! Although their quote was not the lowest, they offered better warranties, gave discounts that others wouldn’t, and even added in some extra services without increasing their price. Even before all of that though, we knew we would choose them anyway based on first impressions alone. And we’re so glad we did! They were professional, showed up on time every time, worked extremely efficiently, and have outstanding customer service. They followed up and followed through on everything they promised. Highly recommend Castillo & Co Roofing! I had a great experience with them in 2020 when they repaired roof damage. I remembered their professionalism and honesty when I decided to proactively replace my roof. When you are writing a big check for work, these are traits you look for in a company. The finished product looks amazing, and they offer a warranty that is hard to beat. Their project management is top notch. I was out of town during the installation, but their updates made me feel like I was at home watching the progress. As well, I manage project managers and I can tell you that Kevin performed above and beyond expectations. They completed work ahead of schedule! I had feared the whole process of replacing my roof. Thankfully, this was a positive and painless experience. In big part, Lindsey Castillo set the tone with her professionalism and patience. Just purchased a new home and the roof was a must replace. After shopping around, we chose Castillo Roofing. Joseph has been amazing throughout this process. Communication has been excellent and especially during a mishap, he addressed the problem immediately. The huge crew came in and did a fantastic job. Castillo Roofing Company is a superb roofing company. As a retired Home Improvement Contractor, I had Castillo Roofing Company install a Velux Sun Tunnel (skylight) in my home. Their work is very impressive! First, Chris and Ashley, the owners, took time reviewing my job request, insuring all my questions were answered, and when the job was complete a visual inspection was completed. Second, their worker who performed the work took his time and used his expertise to do a quality install supervised by Chris. The installer treated my home as if it was his own home with quality work, being very considered of any dust, and being sure the roof was sealed. Finally, Ashley returned a few days later after the work was done to do a visual inspection. She had a drone with her, took several pictures which I have included here. Since I retired as a Home Improvement Contractor and had installed hundreds of skylights over my time, I would consider myself somewhat picky who I would have work on my home since I can no longer do the work myself. With Castillo Roofing, I was extremely delighted with their work, price, and professionalism and highly recommended them! Castillo & Co repaired my roof a coupe of years ago, and they were so awesome, that I would only go to them to install a new roof this year. They installed my new roof this year and it is beautiful. ****Update: After a couple storms I can say that Castillo Roofing did a great job!In addition to the roofing work, I had a water intrusion issue that other contractors had attempted to find and fix. Chris sent a guy out with a thermal camera and found it.I honestly don’t think 5 stars are enough. ****We have a unique waterfront home on the Laguna madre with a roof more similar to a commercial building. Chris came down and inspected the roof. He spent the time and money to test the roof to not only see what previous roofers had done, but to build a plan that would last.He’s the only company that seemed legitimately interested in doing this job. After the first big rain I’ll be able to tell you if I’m 100% satisfied, but rest assured I’ll be back for an update if I’m not.So far, I highly recommend Castillo and co Roofing. Everyone we encountered was respectful, polite, honest, and showed up on time! Their price for our roof was about 12% higher than another quote. But Castillo and co gave double the labor warranty compared to the other company. (Castillo and Co had full 10yr on materials and labor, competitor gave the same 10yr on materials but only gave 5yrs on the labor portion).Special shout out to an employee of theirs named Kevin, my wife was thrilled with how respectful he was towards the house (and our dogs).I was impressed with the level of communication I got from Chris, and his wife.Really great people to deal with.Service: Roof installation
