Met with Jason, he gave me a quote of 14,000 for the entire roof. He said it would take 2 days. Once up there the workers discovered the roof was very damaged and Jason said it had to re-built before they could actually place the roof, so the quote went to $16,626. It took a week to be complete, in April 8, 2022. He said they would email me the warranty from Owens Corning. Upon looking at the roof he didn't do the patio roof, so I called him and he said "I thought you were tearing it down" I told him I was tearing down the carport which had nothing to do with the patio. They left materials on my front lawn for 2 weeks. 4-24-22 roof still not done, he said they would be there tomorrow. April 26, 2022, it rained my kitchen was all wet. he said it was the vent from the range hood, but he closed it. 5-28, roof is leaking, up to now. I called owens corning and they said I am not even registered for the warranty, Jason said he submitted it in April, which was a big lie. After I tell him they don't have me registered his quick response "they are back logged" when I asked the rep from Ownes Corning she said that is incorrect. At the most it would take a couple of days. we are now at the end of June and he is claiming the roof is not leaking, it's the parapet walls that are leaking. I don't have time for word games, the reason I allegedly paid more than the quote was so he could rebuild it.........So, I am not a roofer, however, if I paid you over $16 thousand, you couldn't fix that? it is ridiculous I regret having gone through this company. waste of money, time, and energy. they claim to guarantee their workmanship, however, it's been nothing but an epic failure.I paid an extra $2,000 more from your original estimate because you had to "rebuild" the roof and guess what? the parapet wall is a dwarf wall around the edge of the roof, which is part of the roof. It's like if I you have a flat tire because there is a nail in it and I tell you hey I fixed your flat but we don't work on nails, so it can be flat again. I hired you because the roof had a leak and you failed to solve the issue. I paid you over $16 grand and the roof still has a leak.it took 2 months for you to tell me where the leak was coming from. Upon installing the new roof, you told me it needed to be rebuilt, why didn’t you tell me about the parapet wall? This is something you could have told me from the beginning to get it taken care of. You should have placed the roof lining over the wall, but because you want to play word games and talk down to me you didn't complete the job you were paid to do. It's sad that in 2022, male machismo is in full effect, because I know you wouldn't do this to a male client.Service: Roof installation

Jason and his crew are great. He came by and had an estimated proposal by the next morning. He was very professional, as were those who worked with him.He is the fifth contractor working on this roof, and he was the first one who did it right.We accepted his proposal on a Sunday evening and he and his crew were here by the coming Tuesday. Work was completed by Wednesday. On Wednesday it was raining off and on, they did not leave they waited in their cars and completed the roof.There was additional work that needed to be done and he and his crew were able to accommodate that as well. His workmanship is guaranteed and insured with Owens. This brought our home insurance down as well.He so professional and so proud of his work that he called after the first two heavy rains to make sure our roof was fine.... that’s above and beyond. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Texas Platinum Roofing for all your roofing needs, and have already told numerous people how great they are.

Excellent Job!!!Texas Platinum Roofing & Restoration is an awesome family owned business. I called on Friday spoke to Connie (super friendly). Jason (owner) showed up for a free estimate on Monday. That afternoon he had an estimate and spelled out clearly everything that was getting repaired so there wouldn't be any surprises. Jason answered any and all questions that I had. I really liked the fact that there was no $money$ down until job was completed. Other companies want 1/2 down to purchase materials (scary). Texas Platinum Roofing & Restoration also has a great warranty 10 years with his company and 30 year with Owens Corning on shingles. My roof was done that same week. It took them 1 full day to finish. Super clean workers. The quality work performed was excellent !!! From start to finish Jason was professional in every aspect of the job. In answering questions to explaining different options and materials, Jason was very knowledgeably about the whole process. He and his crew removed my old roof, put the new roof on, cleaned up and hauled off all the debris in just two days. Jason was there onsite throughout the process overseeing everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a roof.

I used Angi’s list or Home Advisor and looked at the reviews and called Jason Garcia, owner of Texas Platinum Roofing and Restoration. He immediately responded and assessed the work to be done on my house extension flat roof that needs to be replaced due to leaking when it rains and already damaged the inside ceiling, and walls. After thorough explanation of the work and materials to be used, the job was immediately done and completed within a week after contacting the company. I am very satisfied with the outcome. The materials used were higher standard and quality than the old roof and over-all, the job was neatly done. If anything, the cost of the work done is on the pricey side, but it comes with a 10 YEAR WARRANTY as per Jason Garcia. I will update my reviews from 4 to 5 stars after testing the job during the rainy days because only then, I would know if the leaking wouldn’t recur.
