Update 3-26-24: they reached out to me and felt so badly this was our experience. They for sure made it right by tidying up all the things today. Super nice folks. I get it- we all have an off project at some point, but they came through and fixed it!They came highly recommended, so I can’t help but feel our experience is a one-off. We had a long list of items that needed tending too. Bits of the rotten wood we had asked them to replace for gutter installation were only done in some spots and just completely missed in others. When the gutter company came out it was a whole thing with two areas not fully attached and unable to hang gutter from, and two more rotten bits not done at all. The roof vents that we told them rattle in some wind conditions were not replaced or addressed. Our new metal roof looks amazing but we did have to fish a nail out of a gooses mouth and then comb the yard to found more. It’s to be expected with contractors in and out, but a magnet sweep was a part of the quote and did not happen. They did return for a leaking area on the patio when we finally got rain and addressed that. I think since it was a smaller job with a lot of little things here and there it was just not an ideal setup for both parties. Keep that in mind if that’s the kind of work you need help with.

Ryan and Sarah are great to work with. Responsive and very competitive on pricing. We needed a metal roof. We finally did not go with them as there was chimney construction which I could not get done ...Leo did our roof 20 plus years ago...we trust these guys . Highly recommend.

These guys were quick and did an excellent job. They replaced a section of our roofing with proper r-panel metal and added some blown in insulation to an inaccessible part of our attic space. They did all that within one work day and stayed right on the quote.They were busy and a the start date was a little later than I had hope however they were very quick once available. Highly recommend and will use them again.

They were here early and got the job done quick. They cleaned up any mess made. They were very reasonable on the price. They were very polite answered any questions. I would recommend them. This was for a take off and new roof with new vents. My experience was a very good one.

I have been having trouble with my homeowners insurance. Stillwater Ins...don't buy this insurance..for your home. .it covers NOTHING! But I called Leo Miller and the guys came out just in time before I had to renew my ins.policy...and did a great repair ..and then some...David was very professional as was the other young man with him. I'm VERY satisfied and blessed with their work and professional and courteous attitude....I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM !!
