CTT did a fabulous job for us. From the initial estimating to completion Chris was very hands on and worked with us to adjust the scope to our budget. This wasn't a simple roof snd siding job. We had to demo and rebuild a main room on a 1970s house full of quirky detail that took hands on collaboration and adjustment to make it right. He hired great tradesmen to preform the work and oversaw the most critical phases daily. He also personally visited the project many tines a week to check progress and quality. Being in the commercial construction industry I have pretty high standards and CTT didn't disappoint. I will be hiring them again for the next phase and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Chris and CTT Exteriors installed a new metal roof on our house in Helotes and my wife and I are beyond satisfied with the excellent work and outcome. They went above and beyond all expectations. After a leak was discovered in our home office ceiling, we found out we not only had the office leak, but the entire roof sustained hail damage and there were numerous other places that would have been leaking soon if not for Chris and his team's inspection and thorough knowledge. They repaired the interior office roof leak and it looks brand new. They also replaced our shed roof which was in really bad shape. Working with Chris and his team was a breath of fresh air. Chris walked us through the entire process from insurance to roof materials and color selection, to the process throughout the project. I had Chance Lyons come out to my house to give me some quotes on new windows and siding . He sent me the quotes and I liked them as me and my wife had a great 1st impression of him . We got the work started when he said it would start. In the past 3 weeks Chance has either been right here at my house or in contact via phone or text. The work is now complete and it looks fabulous. We were the unfortunate customers of a hail storm back in Sept. '23 and it destroyed the exterior of our home. Fortunately, I was referred immediately to Chris Traweek for our contractor. We were very pleased with his expertise and knowledge of this process. He always took the time and care to make sure we understood everything step by step and that helped tremendously. We had never experienced anything like this or had to submit a claim with my insurance company, not really understanding how long things would actually take. Chris walked us through everything (including how to navigate the insurance steps) with extreme detail to ensure we were getting the best quality repairs. He even helped prepare a very thorough estimate and took the time to negotiate what was right with the insurance company to ensure we were satisfied. The process took longer than expected, but we are extremely satisfied with the work and his company. Everyone at CTT Exteriors treated us like we were the only customer and they were always available to help us answer any questions, night or day. I would highly recommend CTT exteriors to anyone looking for top notch quality home repairs.

CTT Exteriors did a fine job of removing our 30 year old V-Crimp Metal roof and replacing it with a beautiful standing seam roof. They accomplished this between rain storms in only 2 and 1/2 days. They showed up every day about 7:30 AM and did not leave until the day's goal was met and the area was picked up. Their price was fair and their work is excellent. I highly recommend Chris and his crew from CTT Exteriors. They replaced our roof at a very reasonable price and very quickly-day and half. The crew showed up promptly at seven both days and worked non stop other than a short lunch break. Chris was very knowledgeable about his products and will be back to do a gutter upgrade.

I highly recommend CTT Exteriors! The owner, Chris, and his team were an integral part of restoring, repairing, and repurposing our 1925 house into our restaurant, Gather Boerne. They fixed framing issues, restored and replaced siding, painted the exterior, and installed a beautiful metal roof. These guys saved me a lot of money by pointing out concerns with my new construction roof that my general inspector couldn't find. Needless to say, I recommend anyone buying a house invest in these guys to run any roof inspection you need, especially if you're buying a home. Roof deficiencies aren't something most general inspectors will find, and these guys are both excellent and affordable.
