The crew that came did a good job!The Foreman notified me before they came.He kept us updated during the day and let us know when they would not finish in one day as planned but told me how long it would take the next day.The fiber tarp they placed around the house was very good and I'm sure saved time picking up loose nails and the like.One landscape light was broken but not communicated to us.The during the follow up inspection Soukup did offer to pay the replacement cost, however.

Soukup Roofing is definitely an amazing company! They came to replace my roof due to a hail storm damage. Dawson came out and provided me all my options and continued to communicate with me every step of the way. During the repair, it was discovered that all the plywood would have to be repaired after the original review. They got everything repaired, worked with my insurance company, and made sure they let me know of any additional steps I needed to take to get the claim completed. I'm so grateful for all their hard work and honesty through it all. So if you're looking for a legitimate roofing company, look to Soukup Roofing.

This is the only roofer I will ever use again in San Antonio. I wish all companies were like Soukup. They are HONEST and very reasonably priced. They tell the truth about what you need instead of trying to sell you the most expensive option. They saved our church so much money over several other companies that all told us we needed to spend 2 or 3 times more. They don't cut corners either. Quality and service is the best. Don't use anyone else.

Soukup Roofing gets 5 stars for their work and customer service. I had rotted fascia boards replaced and the roofers were meticulous in their work. Of course roof shingles had to be removed and replaced. I was very impressed how careful they were not to disturb or damage the surrounding area considering they were replacing fascia on the second level.Typically a few ladders would be used so that roofers can get a better angle, but since an above pool prohibited them from placing a ladder, roofers had to improvise and remove rotted fascia kneeling from the roof. Not only were they meticulous but they were safe. Roofers knocked it out in a day and the work was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these folks again, Dawson-PM, Tony-Foreman and Joshua, CEO

After a bad experience with an insurance claim years ago and the horrible contractors who came out to work I was not looking forward to having my roof and gutters replaced but Soukup roofing was 100% perfection! They were quick with their estimate, they were responsive to all my calls, they were on time and finished ahead of schedule, they also were prepared for the unexpected such as my plywood not meeting code enforcement in the area they had that in the wings ready just in case. From the administrative staff in the office all of them friendly patient and so understanding to all the workers who came out to the house that were respectful and hardworking you are all diamonds in your field! I saw a Soukup Roofing ad in our Church Bulletin, I interviewed 5 roofing companies and Soukup Roofing beat out the competition. They were very professional & honest upfront at our initial visit and I felt very comfortable with them even though I had never heard about them before. This is a family-owned business and they definitely take pride in their work. They replaced my roof, installed gutters, skylights, and solar attic vent, and repaired & replaced fascia/soffit boards also painted them too. This was a lot of work, and I'm happy to say that my house looks awesome! They listened to my needs and delivered! I would highly recommend this company. It has been over a year and we have been so pleased with the results. Justin helped with color of roof and flashing and skylight replacement. He made sure all our requests were met. His team was thorough, prompt, professional and completed the job quickly. I needed a roof company to look at our roof for damage after the last freeze storm. I had heard and read great things about Soukup Roofing. Josh came to our home, completed a thorough inspection and emailed me pictures of our roof and the areas needing repair. First, I interviewed 4 roofing companies, all had good reputations. But, I felt Soukup gave me much more helpful information and to top it off he gave the best price. They did an excellent job on repairing our roof, replacing the shingles on roof, gazebo and shed. Extra work on replacing rotten wood was also done.Juston pointed out the problem areas and fixed all of them at a very reasonable cost.Everyone was professional, helpful, and very polite. But, I believe they also do excellent work. Soukup roofing was incidentally found in the church bulletin while searching a company to replace my roof after sustaining hail damage. While they were not the cheapest in price, I feel I received the most value for what I paid. Justin and his entire office staff were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The installation team completed the job in the forecasted time, materials were delivered early, and clean up and post installation took place timely. When I requested add-on services for a ridge vent, they were able to accommodate my request without batting an eye. We had a leak at our furnace vent pipe. Two other reputable (?) companies gave us quotes of $800 and $1000. Josh came, took a look and made an $8 repair. He didn't even charge me and says to watch the area at the next storm. He says even if they were to need to come back for a more extensive fix it would run under $500. They are a small honest company that just appreciates good word of mouth. I am very glad I gave them a try.Service: Roof repair
