My roof was damaged after hurricane Laura and Delta. We had seen this company put a roof on a house in a friend's neighborhood and were impressed by thier work. We received about 10 quotes for our roof and A&A was the most fair and reasonable priced. Where it felt like other companies were trying to gouge us, A&A was honest, transparent, and professional. We are so happy with the job they did and how efficient they work. Thanks for our new roof!

They replaced the roof on my parents home. All went well but they were supposed to replace the chimney cap. The crew didn’t have the proper tools to replace the cap. I was told by the owner that he was going to send one of his crew to install it install it by the end of the week or he would personally install it himself at the beginning of the next week. Sounds great. It wasn’t that big a deal but my parents wanted it replaced.Next week came and went. Three weeks have passed since they did the work. Calls, texts, and emails all went unanswered. If it’s this difficult to get them to come back to finish up a small punch out item, imagine what it’s going to be like if any warranty issues arise. The work was good, but the communication ended after they got paid. If you say you’re going to come back to finish up, I expect you to do so. If you need to change your schedule, fine. Having the courtesy to answer the phone or return a text would go a long way in preventing upset customers. We ended up getting someone else to do the cap.

I highly recommend A&A Roofing. My parents’ roof was damaged by the recent hail. A&A came out this Saturday, tore down the roof and had the new roof up on the same day. They didn’t ask for any money down. When they were done they had us come up and inspect it to make sure we were completely satisfied. They covered up our plants and grass and cleaned up after they were done. They did a great job. I recommend them for any roof repairs or replacements.

Mr. Quintanilla was very professional and took the time to explain to me everything I needed. They started and completed the job on time. This was great since we live in Lake Charles, LA and had lost our roof during Hurricane Laura. Mr. Quintanilla had our new roof installed on September 25TH. The fact that we did not lose one shingle from Hurricane Delta, which came through two weeks later , shows the quality job that they do.

Aurelio reviewed all the details before an agreement was made, called a day ahead to confirm their arrival, delivered a final product beyond our expectations. He explained the entire process so there were no surprises. Willing to match same brand and style shingle. Painted weathered fixtures not able to be replaced so they matched new installation. Yards, patios and driveways were blown and raked clear of debris - not a trace. Over 20 years of experience was obvious in the smallest of details. None of them missed their mark and in the worst of summer conditions, this team kept spirits high and treated my family with great respect. We cannot thank you all enough for your help and support to our family and neighbors.

These guys did an amazing job. They went above and beyond. They picked up all my shingles that were in my yard from the hurricane. They even cut my palm tree off of my house to ensure no future damage would happen. I highly recommend this company. Amazing work and very affordable.
